Came in to grab a drink and they have a slushy machine and one of the current flavors is tiger blood. We are suckers for tigers blood because it takes us back to our days of road side shaved ice. Brand new location! For someone like me that lives in the area, it's awesome to finally have a gas station on this side of Blue Diamond. (South side) The place is so clean, and everything is nice and shiny. The prices are great, especially on the gas. Unfortunately, the service needs improvement. I have yet to interact with a friendly employee on any visit. In fact, on most occasions, they are more interested in their cell phone than even speaking to me. No smiles, barely any eye contact, and absolutely no concern to be hospitable. read more

If there's one thing I despise, it's bait and switch tactics. That's outright fraud in my book. Worse yet, the signage stating "Lowest Gas Prices Daily" isn't accurate, truthful, or honest, again, a scam in my book. You will find both occurrences at this Conoco (or is it U.S. Gas?) located at 4415 Blue Diamond Rd. and Arville. The gas here isn't close to [as they advertise] "Lowest Gas Prices Daily." I find gas within a few miles between $0.10 -$0.20 lower, and Premium Gas even less than their claim of lowest prices. This gas station is falsely advertising, which is breaking the law. They charge double the price increase for Premium Gas than anyone within miles. They charge as much as $0.70, and I've seen more for premium gas (see pictures), which is higher than even gas stations that advertise regular gas at $0.10 to $0.20 higher prices and only charge $0.30 to $0.40 more for premium gas. And should the owner of this gas station protest to Yelp; their claim is "Lowest Gas Price"S" Daily (plural not singular). Shame on this company, whoever they are, Conoco, U.S. Gas, or another. They suck people in at one price and turn around and gauge them at another. If you fall for the posted signage per my pictures and drive into this Conoco (or U.S. Gas station), don't be surprised when you find cheaper gas a few miles down the road, much cheaper. And, while not illegal, this supposed "Lowest Gas Prices Daily" is cash only, and you'll pay more when you use a credit card, even the ConocoPhilips Credit Card, which is supposed to receive a discount at ConocoPhilips76 stations. One more thing about this gas station, the counter personnel are some of the least friendly anywhere in the Las Vegas Valley. A friend accidentally pumped diesel fuel in my gas tank at this station. I contacted AAA to have it taken to a car repair shop but they couldn't get to me until the next morning. I spoke to the person inside, Candice, who assured me that I could leave my vehicle in one of their parking spaces overnight. (So many places would not have!) She also offered to keep the ignition key locked up in their office. She even called me the next morning to make sure I knew the tow truck had arrived at their station. What a doll! She went the extra mile and then some. I have used this gas station many times. Their prices seems to be a bit lower than some of their competitors; but, now I want to use them as much as I possible can based on the kindness and accommodating nature of sweet Candice. They are lucky to have you in their employment ranks, girl! read more

This review is more for the Sbarro inside then the US Market of this Conoco gas station. I am so happy to have a Sbarro outside of a casino and/or Mall. The one here doesn't have those giant pizza ovens instead they have a small little conveyor belt oven but still cool to have this location within 7 minutes from my house. I find myself coming here every couple weeks for the 2 slices and Drink combo which is $9.00 which isn't bad. I highly recommend this location. Just beware it's located inside the Conoco / US Market on blue Diamond & Arville if you have a difficult time finding this location. Just wish they had the cheapest gas prices like when they first opened as this would actually be my number 1 stop for lunch, Dinner & Gas. Lol read more

Love this new gas station! We've lived in this area for awhile and always had issues with no gas station on the south side of Blue Diamond. Much more convenient! Everything is very clean all of the time, including the bathrooms. Customer service is always on point as well, which I think is extremely rare for a gas station. We always see the same two ladies working and they are great! Very friendly, genuine, and I actually enjoy the small talk that we have while being rung up. read more

I came today around 3:35 pm dec 7, 2019 location 4415 us gas to fill up gas and i have $21 and some change, the cashier who's helping me was not happy of seeing those change. She just simply says "OH BOY" with frustration on her face because there's a line. She let me count my change and help next in line. Later, after i pump my gas, i wanted more to fill it up. I re-enter the store to get more gas. She told me next time go to COINSTAR. Really!!!!! I told her its only few dollars of change...... is that how you deal Your customer?! I felt belittle and embarrassed because when i left the store she called her co-worker and talked behind my back about the change earlier i gave her. This lady cashier with tattoos and pierce need more training. VERY RUDE and VERY UNPROFESSIONAL !!! She need to go through customer service training. I am very frustrated of my visit and experience.
