If I could give a no-star rating I would. The owner, Amber, is so rude and delusional. I was screamed at and cussed at over the phone. Had their service for more than a decade. A year ago she stopped answering and returning my phone calls. But she answers the phone for my neighbors. I had no option but to send a check to pay my bill but yet was charged a late fee when I didn't receive the bill until after the beginning of the quarter as it was. I still paid it though. And then she stopped sending a bill period. And stopped picking up my garbage. So I had no choice but to go to another carrier. If I could give zero I would. After trying to find them contact them to pay the bill the lady finally called back, it was Monday night and trash pick up is Tuesday, all we had was cash and she told us to tape that and the contract to the top of the lid. She would be going to town that day and the following few days. Tuesday, the money is gone and the trash is still in there. I leave a message Wednesday, myself and others in the household call three more times after that to make sure they got the payment no one responds until the following Monday. They lie right through their teeth and I will never do any sort of business with them of any kind ever again. The cops were involved and they lied about what was said to us. I use Smith's Sunrise Sanitation. My trash goes in the can, and my trash goes away. I just noticed the only Yelp review that shows up while I was looking up their number. A one star review by a girl who apparently lives in Kansas? I then found a "Non recommended review" after jumping through some hoops. It's a great review that more adequately reflects my opinion of this business. Bottom line: you can support a hard working guy and form your own opinion or get swayed by a girl in Kansas.
