They had me ready to go in about 5 minutes, and when I went to pay them the guy said "oh no, we don't charge for top-up's" even though they new I was from Texas and would likely never be a repeat customer. I was fired due to being late so many times but those times were when I didnt have a car and walking to work most of the time and just becoming a father I wasn't getting very much sleep, I just wish I was told that there was no grace period and that it was ram through a points system which I didn't know till I finally got hired full time after 6 months and was told that I was on the verge of being fired becuase of points which I didn't know about and that's when I found out there was no 5/10 minute grace period I never was more then 10 minutes late and would still be working with a great company that I really enjoyed working for I just got done cleaning the puts pressure washing the entire out do all the grease and then I get called up told to leave

When I called to see if they could look at my vehicle, I was told I would have an estimate for the…read moredamages in 3 days. 3 weeks later, and after many calls from me, including asking to speak to the manager, the estimate was finally produced. The estimate said one day of work. After another 3 weeks and a few more calls from me, they called and said my vehicle was ready to be picked up. I paid the deductible, got my key and started driving home. I noticed the hood was not aligned like it should. As soon as I hit the highway I noticed a severe vibration around 65 mph and soon after, the driver side plastic trim around the wheel well fell off. 5 days after bringing the van home it rained and the van wouldn't turn over. I had it towed the my local dealer who found the engine to be hydro locked due to the misaligned hood allowing water to pour into the engine bay and a crack in the intake manifold Baldwin had missed, filled up 3 cylinders with water. After my local dealer fixed the intake manifold they diagnosed the vibration which turned out to be a dented drive shaft, not caused by the deer collision but somewhere between I hit the deer and I picked up the vehicle. Either way, these further issues should have been found and fixed by Baldwin Ford Collision but were not and I've been without a vehicle for yet another 4 weeks.

Truck has 35000 miles on it and was still under warranty. Stopped at Baldwin and they squeezed us in to take a look at it. Turns out the truck was serviced before I purchased it and they over filled the transmission and the smoke was caused by the oil overflowing. I called and the guys at Quality Tech Transmission got me right in for diagnosis. They had me in and out with parts ordered in about 30 minutes. Gave me extra fluid to help hold me over until the next day. I brought me truck back the next day. The parts didn't all come in and I had a BAD leak!!! The guys took parts from a few different packages, and worked to fix my problem. In my opinion they went over to get me fixed and down the road. And they did fix my problem. The price was very reasonable and service was fantastic!! Guys and Gals don't mess with people who don't care if you have a problem or not. Call the guys at Quality Tech Transmission. They will take care of you!!

The price was reasonable but 3 trips was too much. The first trip we told them we were loosing…read moretransmission fluid. They couldn't find a leak so they told us to keep an eye on it. If we continue to loose it, bring it back. Second trip, still loosing fluid. They found out it was leaking into the transfer case. Replaced the seal and charged a reasonable price. Got it home and the fluid was low. I figured they just may have not got it filled up all the way. I filled it. A week later we were still loosing fluid. When we took it back, Gary acted as though we were bothering him because we were still loosing fluid. Lo and behold, they damaged the seal when replacing it and it was still leaking. They fixed it and didn't charge us...of course they didn't apologize for our inconvenience of having to bring it back the 3rd time. Brian was great to deal with but Gary was a real grump (to put it nicely). With his attitude, I'm surprised they are still in business. We won't go back!

The service department is the best! While out of town, the starter went bad in my Tahoe.
