I called another transmission service place first in PB. The other place wasn't interested in helping me out. I called and the guys at Quality Tech Transmission got me right in for diagnosis. They had me in and out with parts ordered in about 30 minutes. Gave me extra fluid to help hold me over until the next day. I brought me truck back the next day. The parts didn't all come in and I had a BAD leak!!! The guys took parts from a few different packages, and worked to fix my problem. In my opinion they went over to get me fixed and down the road. And they did fix my problem. The price was very reasonable and service was fantastic!! Guys and Gals don't mess with people who don't care if you have a problem or not. The price was reasonable but 3 trips was too much. The first trip we told them we were loosing transmission fluid. They couldn't find a leak so they told us to keep an eye on it. If we continue to loose it, bring it back. Second trip, still loosing fluid. They found out it was leaking into the transfer case. Replaced the seal and charged a reasonable price. Got it home and the fluid was low. I figured they just may have not got it filled up all the way. I filled it. A week later we were still loosing fluid. When we took it back, Gary acted as though we were bothering him because we were still loosing fluid. Lo and behold, they damaged the seal when replacing it and it was still leaking. They fixed it and didn't charge us...of course they didn't apologize for our inconvenience of having to bring it back the 3rd time. Brian was great to deal with but Gary was a real grump (to put it nicely). With his attitude, I'm surprised they are still in business. We won't go back! read more
