From the initial pressure by the owner saying they'd add special add ons for free if I bought…read moreduring Stampede (you can't buy the tub without the add-ons!) to the breakdown of the plastic in the jets (They blame even ONE time a chemical might of been imbalanced) in just over 2 years to the FIRST pump replacement repair person indicating I overpaid by $3500 to SECOND service indicating that only my pump was leaking and everything else good to the state it's in today that the logic board and header also need to be replaced as it's not calling for heat...and they only send a bill and not even options to fix it. Don't buy a tub from them, and from their mouth is that all tubs won't last. $8,000 for less than 3 years of normal service. There's something sleazy about the hot tub industry as you can buy a $40 toaster and you get a manual in 3 different languages. I had to ask for one and they sent me a PDF to a tub that was called something else. Summary: High pressure lie tactics for you to buy, Overpriced, not prioritizing service in freezing weather (can't keep service techs??) and the knowledge from them that hot tubs are all the same and are built not to last, I'd suggest staying away from World of Spas and maybe not buying a hot tub at all. Unless you have a lot of throwaway money.

I called and they tried to help me troubleshoot it over the phone, but no luck. Alex then was able to schedule a service call in 3 days time. However he also said if they could squeeze us in after calls that same day, they'd come by. Two hours later someone was at my door, and within 30 minutes the hot tub was fixed! Was very happy with the service.

The team that installed the tub was careful getting it into our backyard, and did a great job of setup. Since then I've always been confident I could call or drop in and get any 'stupid' question answered quickly. Recently we had our first real problem with the tub. The team at Paradise Bay was friendly and helpful. Kirt led me through what to look for (just in case I could resolve the problem on my own). When I couldn't get the fix done, they scheduled Dave to come out, check it out and fix it for us. Dave was professional, quick, and thorough. A couple of hours of his work and our hot tub is up and running again. We HIGHLY recommend Paradise Bay.

I spend 4 months every year in San Diego area and can confidently say that, in comparison, this is a better gym for its wider range of facilities and competitive annual fees for seniors. What makes it a pleasure to visit the gym are its friendly employees. I can cite Charrito, Witold and Alyza as representative employees that assist with smile.

I paid 19 CAN for a day pass which included 1 CAN for a locker token bc I forgot my lock. The woman at the front desk was sweet & helpful. Very simple to register via QR code. The locker room was large, plenty of lockers, and clean. The gym floor was huge with multiple sections to work out, plenty of top quality workout & cardio machines, and a track that spans the entire perimeter. There's also plenty of stations for cleansing wipes for the machines. I spent 2.5hrs there and got a great workout! I HIGHLY recommend!

The place itself feels dated and divey but the service was really friendly. We had the nachos. They were pretty good. Kind of dry but even mediocre nachos are still good. This take it or leave it place is kind of nice as we don't have to go far to get a drink from the hotel. After checking into the Blackfoot Hotel, I walked from the west wing and right into the pub. Took a seat at the end of a small bar and looked around. Lots of locals hanging out, some shooting pool (they have 4 tables and a floozball) but mostly playing the VLT (video lottery terminal - pretty big here it seems). Was hungry and thirsty. They have a bunch of food and drinks on special. Ordered my pub grub and a few beers. Conversation with the staff was fun. There were less than friendly patrons who didn't like the only Asian guy in the pub monopolizing the local talent. I'm was there to have some fun and relax - it was a 14 hour day. If the "good ol'boys" take exception to my jovial nature - tough crap for them. The food is pub-food. Lots of grease and flavour - normally hot sauce and more hot sauce. Toss in generous pours of alCOOL and all is fine and dandy. If you would like the pub atmosphere but would like better food, you could ask really nicely to see if they can allow you to order the hotel restaurant food. All in all, minus the locals attitude, this is a good place to unwind. Cheers!
