After inspecting my brakes, they came to the conclusion that I needed two rear rotors and rear brakes and that my front brakes had some life left on them. I asked them to just replace them all and was quoted.$740. DEAL Not only did I think the price was fair, but I admired the professionalism and organization within the shop. It's small independent neighborhood automotive repair shops like this that I prefer to do business with. They care about their reputation and genuinely want to provide a service to their community that can be trusted,,, this is based off my first impression of them. Yet they did not try to pressure me into fixing it, but rather told me in a more of an off hand, oh hey by the way kind of heads up. I appreciated their honesty and the price is not a rip off either. The only downside is that they don't take appointments so it's a first come first serve situation and I had to come in on a PTO day since I want to make sure it got taken care of that day.

I came by on a weekday, and it was kinda busy! So plan accordingly. Luckily, it wasn't too bad, and the staff worked pretty fast. For someone who doesn't know about cars, I feel like this is a good place to tell everyone that you should definitely get a 2nd opinion before having anything besides oil done on your car here. I don't know enough to know what my car needs, but I think it's just a safe way to go for these kinds of things. The staff is super helpful, and the service was great! Can't complain there! There's really not much else to say! Easy to get in, easy to get out, and I didn't feel like they were too pushy on trying to upsell me on things. They were just doin' their jobs, so kudos to them. Especially with the groupon, the value proposition is pretty high. I think the only way to do it cheaper is to do it yourself, which I neither have the time nor skills for!

Techs were friendly and answered all kinds of dumb questions I had. Showed me the extremely dirty air filters the car had, but I decided to replace them on my own. $20 for cabin filter at Auto Zone beats $50ish dollars for having them do it. After using an online coupon, it came out to $80 using synthetic blend oil 4-5 quarts. LIFE HACK: get the online coupons and change filters and wipers yourself.
