He was very helpful, friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable for asking about a product I had literally just heard of that day. Vic was very inviting, friendly and helpful and the store was immaculate and well stocked with all sorts of amazing things. California regulations, mixed in with decreasing customer demand in the immediate area, mean that many vape stores in this part of the state are closing up shop. There are no more decent spots in my city. Set those restrictions up with COVID, and the unfortunate fires that happen nearby, and you got yourself some harsh conditions that'll discourage most businesses from running. Not this one. They're sticking through all the stress. Juices are a little pricey though -- but reasonably so. Supply for certain brands of mod/tank is restricted due to COVID regulations. Plan ahead before coming so you can get exactly what you want. These folks are already fighting an uphill battle trying to stay open.

I am sorry I never took the time to review the as it was 3 or 4 months ago, because they were a 5 Star dispensary, Shelves stocked with merchadice, staff were knowledgeable, customer driven to the point that I had a better time working with the staff than I did consuming their product.....well almost. The gentleman with the long hair and the dark haired, dark complected not so tall gentleman that often works the same shift are absolutely phenominal at customer service and are the main reason I make the trek to Woodland rather than the dozens of shops in my area. That being said, lately I have placed orders online that don't exist in the system at the store when I arrive for pickup, twice. I have watched as their inventory and selection have all but disappeared. Hopefully this dispensary gets it together, because first the customers go, then the staff, and the place really will be empty.@@@@@ Update: while I was there I met Cody, the General Manager, who provided a plethora of reasons why they were having problems and that he was on it and going to right the ship and get the shop back to the shelves being stocked, the staff be happy enough in their work, that they share that spirit with the customers.
