He was very helpful, friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable for asking about a product I had literally just heard of that day. In fact, he offered to send me a link to an informative video about its effects and uses, etc., while he was closing his store. I went by the shop the next day to get some. Vic was very inviting, friendly and helpful and the store was immaculate and well stocked with all sorts of amazing things. He spent time with me to figure out which of the many Kratom products was best for me for pain and anxiety, and then I moved on to other products. He never lost patience with me. He would politely help a customer that would walk in as I continued looking and he'd come right back to me. California regulations, mixed in with decreasing customer demand in the immediate area, mean that many vape stores in this part of the state are closing up shop. There are no more decent spots in my city. Set those restrictions up with COVID, and the unfortunate fires that happen nearby, and you got yourself some harsh conditions that'll discourage most businesses from running. Not this one. They're sticking through all the stress. Juices are a little pricey though -- but reasonably so. Supply for certain brands of mod/tank is restricted due to COVID regulations. Plan ahead before coming so you can get exactly what you want. These folks are already fighting an uphill battle trying to stay open.
