AWESOME store, GREAT experience! I was going to call around to see if I could find Kratom near me. This was my first and last call. It was minutes before they closed and the owner answered. He was very helpful, friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable for asking about a product I had literally just heard of that day. In fact, he offered to send me a link to an informative video about its effects and uses, etc., while he was closing his store. I went by the shop the next day to get some. Vic was very inviting, friendly and helpful and the store was immaculate and well stocked with all sorts of amazing things. He spent time with me to figure out which of the many Kratom products was best for me for pain and anxiety, and then I moved on to other products. He never lost patience with me. He would politely help a customer that would walk in as I continued looking and he'd come right back to me. By the time I was finished, I walked out with a smile, a bag with my new treats and the feeling as though I'd made a new friend. I will definitely be back to this shop. read more

Horrible place if your there for Vaping supplies! Yes they have thee most affordable e-juices in town, but when it's affordable, it's also made cheap! I've been there numerous times to get e liquid to try n save a buck or two, but in the end, I wasted my money because there juice is so cheap, you can't even vape there stuff because it tastes like your vaping coolant on all the flavors, at least the one I tried! read more

He assisted me in transitioning from smoking tobacco to vape. He explained the stages of decrease to ultimately stop. I could not have received a better experience. First of all, I live in Davis and the smoke shops there are EXPENSIVE. Considering that it's such a small college town, you'd think it'll be economical. Nope. So I drove out to Vacaville to seek better deals. Illusions smoke shop in downtown Davis are selling a particular vape box mod ALONE for nearly $100. Another shop in Davis, Smoke Hut selling the same box mod for $90. Dropped in Smoke Division, $40... Like Damn right? I'm in sales. I know stores need to make profit but damn, that price gap!! For $105, I got the box mod I wanted, cloud beast tank AND 60ML Juice! Moral of the story is, would you rather pay $100 for just a mod? Or bundle for a complete set for $105? After roaming different vape shops in the Vacaville Fairfield area, I've found this one the best. When I was low on $$ and needed a complete new set up (Vape, Batteries, charger, juice) they were willing to work with me and make adjustments to prices and even through in batteries with my purchase of my new vape so that my needs were met! I tried this at other shops and no one even bothered to meet me even half way. They just tried to sell me on cheaper vapes that were majorly over priced. When my battery charger wasn't working correctly right off the bat, I mentioned it to the owner and he told me to bring it in and he would give me a new one free if that was the case. Luckily the charger started working correctly after some trouble shooting on my part. I went to another shop to buy a 12mg vape juice and was a dollar short on the flavor I wanted. Instead of that shop making it happen, the my ended up selling me cheaper juice and told me that it was very similar in taste. They forgot to mention that the flavor included apricot. Eww! When I needed 12mg juice and a set of coils and was a few dollars short, Smoke Division was able to make an adjustment to meet my needs rather than just selling me one coil along with my juice because I could afford the pack of three coils along with the juice I wanted. Other shops sell their 60ml juice for upwards of $25! Smoke Division's is $10 cheaper! Only $15 for 60ml juice??? Sold! Thanks Smoke Division. There's no reason I would even bother ever going to another smoke/vape shop. No one else has been able to meet my needs like you. read more
