He was very helpful, friendly and didn't make me feel uncomfortable for asking about a product I had literally just heard of that day. In fact, he offered to send me a link to an informative video about its effects and uses, etc., while he was closing his store. I went by the shop the next day to get some. Vic was very inviting, friendly and helpful and the store was immaculate and well stocked with all sorts of amazing things. He spent time with me to figure out which of the many Kratom products was best for me for pain and anxiety, and then I moved on to other products. He never lost patience with me. He would politely help a customer that would walk in as I continued looking and he'd come right back to me. By the time I was finished, I walked out with a smile, a bag with my new treats and the feeling as though I'd made a new friend. I will definitely be back to this shop.

California regulations, mixed in with decreasing customer demand in the immediate area, mean that many vape stores in this part of the state are closing up shop. There are no more decent spots in my city. Set those restrictions up with COVID, and the unfortunate fires that happen nearby, and you got yourself some harsh conditions that'll discourage most businesses from running. Not this one. They're sticking through all the stress. Juices are a little pricey though -- but reasonably so. Supply for certain brands of mod/tank is restricted due to COVID regulations. Plan ahead before coming so you can get exactly what you want. These folks are already fighting an uphill battle trying to stay open.

Although, even with that, a quality piece should not be affected. I took it back the next day and some guy who was not the gut I bought it from inspected it and felt the need to remind me several times that they only carry quality products and that they inspect everything before they sell it. OK, defensiveness like that makes me automatically suspect they actually do carry really cheap stuff. The guy kind of made me feel like he thought I was scamming him. Long story short he replaced it with an exact replica, which I was grateful for. However, that one broke last night as well. It broke just by putting it on the counter. Just shattered into pieces. Not trying to be one of "those guys", but I've been using bongs for almost 30 years and I have broken one that was my fault in that time and it was from being kicked over, not casual use. Perhaps I happened to pick the one supplier they carry that's poor quality? But the fact that both of them broke so quickly in the exact same way tells me it's not a coincidence. So, $140 down the toilet. I don't feel like dealing with the rude people there again, so I'll just buy the next one elsewhere.

I just want to say what a lovely experience I had this evening getting my first tattoo…read more I kinda stumbled across this place after looking on yelp and calling about 5 different shops to get 5 different answering machines. Time Zone was the last place I called and was quickly and warmly greeted by a man who seemed to be the manager (I forgot his name!) when I made the appointment I made it for 5:00pm. The next day I called to reschedule for 6:00pm so that my friend could come with me. The man was very polite and accommodating both times. When I got to the business we met Bear, the tattoo artists. He was very kind and easy going. Despite my excessive nervous laughter and being a little dramatic, Bear was still super tolerable and answered any questions I had. When the actual tattoo process began I was still very anxious. That, and me not having eaten hours before hand, I stared to feel a little light headed and woozy half way through. Bear gave me a minute to relax and calm down. (I was a little embarrassed because it was just a tiny tattoo! haha) the manager came around and genuinely starts asking how I'm feeling and brings me a little snack and juice to help my blood sugar come up. After a few minutes I felt much better and the tattoo was over in no time! Overall, I think the costumer service and outcome of my tattoo was beyond great. I really love it! Thanks again for giving me a wonderful first experience and making me feel so welcomed!
