I was having a party and wanted to freshen up the house. Sean who is the owner/operator got back to me within 30 mins. Really nice exchange. He was able to come on the day and time I requested. No small job either. Sean arrived on time with a 20 min arrival warning text. He arrived in a beautiful truck with an impressive set of equipment. He came in, put on shoe protectors and we walked through the house. Sean is very knowledgeable in his field. Trust me ive had crappy ones. He gave me a few pointers on carpet care since i have a new puppy in the house. Sean got to work. Took a few hours to complete the job which was good considering the size of the house. When he was done it was a night and day difference. The carpets were stunning. They looked brand new. I could not have been happier. Best part was there was minimal wetness on the carpet. By the time we went to bed the carpets were dry with our ceiling fans running. House smelled fantastic too. So now a month later my little bundle of joy frenchie decided to have a piss party on the second floor. Called Sean. He was out the next day to assist. Again I couldn't be happier with his work. I forgot to mention his pricing is way more than fair. I expected to pay more than he charged and would have been happy to do so for that level of service. Called on Oct. 31 to book carpet cleaning service, I've been using this company for 20+ years. They are no longer a reliable service provider. I booked a cleaning for Nov. 10, window 12-pm to 5-pm. On Nov. 10, at 3:15, I called to confirm eta the call was taken by a young lady who booked my reservation. She indicated no reservation was scheduled for my home on Nov. 10 from 12- 5pm. I do this every year at the same time for 20 (twenty) years. So, I scheduled another reservation for Nov. 14 from 12-5, on the 14th at 3:30pm I called to confirm the 5pm time window it was confirm that they would be there within the 5-PM window. Again "NO SHOW" I call again Monday to see what happen. Scott (Manager) replied my reservation had been cancelled at @ 3:15-pm. I reschedule for the third time. The tech indicate he sent a text to indicate he was going to be about an hour early, I never received the text because it was sent to a land line which does not accept text messages. He arrived about noon to inform me that they DO NOT move furniture, they SPOT CLEAN around it. It was 2 end tables, 1 coffee table, 1 sofa, 1 recliner and a exercise bike, and a 8x10 scatter rug. I informed the tech that all the furniture was on sliders, he appeared to not be familiar with the use of sliders. I ask how can he clean a room of carpet without moving the furniture? He expected me to move the furniture, not to mention it was a terribly Rainey day. I informed him I did not need his service if they do not move the furniture. I have never used a Carpet Cleaning Service that did not move basic pieces of furniture that were prep to be moved. They want premium pricing but they don't want to do any work. "SPOT CLEANING CARPET" Unbelievable !! Then I was told they were unable to provide the service by Scott the manager. I'm thru with this business. Incompetent service techs and office staff.
