I used their services for the 1st time last year. They did a great job. They honored the quote I was given even though the space was slightly larger than they anticipated. I like that their products were all natural and smelled awesome! And they had my carpet looking almost brand new. There were some spots that didn't come out but I wasn't surprised that they didn't. I actually hate carpet but until I'm able to have hardwoods installed I will continue to use their services. The also gave a complimentary bottle of their solution. I contacted this company for a quote for cleaning because I liked the reviews and website information. They were very nice and prompt with responses and arrival. I had them come on a Saturday. Took right at an hour to do 3 bedrooms, hall, stairs and living room and cost $250. I was disappointed I didn't get any citrus smell through the house but that was ok, just surprised. The carpets were still damp and had that nice "vacuumed" look and not walked on. They looked great at first. I thanked the service and they left. Then the carpets dried. The stairs looked good but there were hair balls on it where the team only did the top of each stair and not the down part so the cat hair (which is why I had the cleaning in the first place as my son moved out the weekend before and took his two cats) from the top of the stair was moved from the cleaning, to the down part then dried so I had to vacuum each stair. Not a big problem just not expected. The reason for the two stars is my small living room carpet, once dried, the three main spots came right back and looks worse now then before it was cleaned. I am all for trying new solutions and services but this one did not work for me. Over the years, in three different homes, I have used carpet cleaners once a year and this is the first time this has happened. Sorry, can't give a raving review. read more
