I had to be in the office the day that my appointment was scheduled, so I left the hubby in charge. My hubby is very hard to impress, but he was completely blown away by Jeff's professionalism and attention to detail. Very quick was able to clean my property in about an hour which includes probably around 1000 ft.² of total carpet surface area. As with the other reviews that led me to hire Jeff, everything they reported is accurate. We were quickly in contact after I requested my quote from the site. He gave me a window of between 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. and on the day of the service texted me at 10:00 a.m. to say he was 30 minutes out. Jeff did an excellent job with the carpets and upholstery cleaning that we requested. He was thorough and even tried to talk me out of a service that he thought we didn't need. It's was a refreshing change. Jeff was right on time, the quote he gave on the phone was spot on and he was respectful of COVID-19 precautions. I came home from work and my carpet was spic n span literally! Jeff called when he was en route, I told him my neighbor would meet him and to ring their doorbell. He said okay, and there were no issue with that. He got in, my neighbor called me when he left. Things went very smoothly and I got to come home to super clean and soft carpet. I don't clean my carpet as often as I should aside from vacuuming so I was pretty excited to get it looking "new like again". Anyway, I would recommend to anyone considering. I cannot say enough good things about Jeff and Spic n Span Carpet Cleaning. He is always prompt, does a great job, and the prices are very reasonable. I recently went through a serious health issue and had to cancel/reschedule multiple times. He was very gracious about it. Then, when he did come out, I forgot to mention we needed a back room cleaned. He came out a second time a few days later to do the forgotten room and would not take any additional payment. Had Jeff come to my home this past week - He was able to give me a GREAT deal on the upstairs of my home and my stairs - downstairs is all wood flooring. We had just moved, and the home had been vacant for quite awhile so the carpets were in need of some TLC. I vacuumed thoroughly, and Jeff came on time, and got to work quickly - he did the entire upstairs in less than an hour, I was very impressed. He told me what I needed to do to get rid of the nasty dark areas around the baseboards. He sprayed a solution on the carpet prior to starting which made both bathroom floors (overspray) very slick and I almost fell which wouldn't have been good. I would have liked for him to keep the spray to the carpets as much as possible. Also I would have liked for him to spend some more time explaining what I could do to get some other stains out of the carpets - he was very quick, in and out and really didn't consult with me much. Some of the stains seemed to be very old and perhaps from kids at some point. I would recommend Spic N Span - call for the best deals, and make sure you ask questions and get them to explain everything to you prior to them starting, once they start they are off like a rocket! read more
