I've been coming to this shop for 3-4 years, but after my recent experience, I won't be returning…read more When I came in, one of the employees (tall with dark hair) was standing at the front talking with friends instead of helping customers. The bigger issue, though, was what happened after. I accidentally misstated my age by a year (my birthday was a couple of months ago), and once I stepped outside to throw my trash away, I overheard him making fun of me to his friends and calling me names while I was still right there. It was extremely unprofessional and uncomfortable. I've never experienced anything like this here before, but it completely changed my impression of the business. I hope management takes this kind of behavior seriously, because no customer should be treated that way. Literally such a weird and unnecessarily mean thing to do especially right after I paid!
