I have used this store for at least a year now without any issues. Yesterday I purchased a disposable vape that needed to be tested in store (as all products do) and it was dead out of the box. After seeing the light turn on, the associate said it should hold a charge when we got back. It did not. I returned today to at least get a store credit, but the store owner does NOT do returns, exchanges, and NO STORE CREDIT. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on, and I recommend you do too. read more

This review is for the Smoke City in Richmond Hill, GA (south of Savannah). They don't have a Yelp page or on Apple Maps so I'm leaving the review here. My husband and I have traveling jobs that has landed us in Richmond Hill, GA for 6 months. Our hometown is Anniston, Alabama. I have to say that throughout our travels, we've found the crew of Richmond Hill Smoke City to be the nicest, most welcoming and most informative bunch of employees we've encountered. They have become our go-to smoke shop since traveling here and we both highly recommend visiting the shop. A very special Thank You to David from Richmond Hill Smoke City. It didn't matter what he was doing, how busy he was, he would ALWAYS stop and help us with what we needed. He's just such a nice guy and we really appreciated him while shopping. They have a very large selection of products but seem to have difficulty restocking specialty tobacco items (we're talking 6 weeks+) so don't count on them having the specific item you're looking for. Unfortunately there is a female staff member who has refused to mask since the pandemic began so I now choose to do business elsewhere. Agree with other reviews that staff is not attentive. Recently stood at the counter for several minutes while the anti-masker discussed asking the owner/manager(?) for the Instagram password. I won't be back. read more

Being a long term customer I have enjoyed the products of this business. But overtime this business seemed to have changed for the worse. Me and my wife just left while we where waiting for help from the vape selection widow. With two employees who where present. While we kindly waited as it's normal to give a min or two before service. Instead one employee just blew past us as if we where invisible. And decided to hop in his car and just leave. And the other young lady just stood in the back without even asking if we needed help. Will not be returning to such business. read more

I gave a call to this shop to check out some prices before I made the trip there, particularly with more expensive products so I could get an idea of what I would be spending. I was told very rudely that they will not give me prices over the phone because they prefer to see customer's faces, not listen to voices, they then proceeded to hang up on me. By far the rudest vape shop I have encountered. read more

Smoke City is the stop for vaping supplies, tobacco and KRATOM. They carry Maeng Daddy, which is the finest on the market, and their prices are the same as online. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. It is a shopping experience, and because it is such a great store they are often busy and require patience. Been shopping there for 2 years and haven't had a complaint yet. Make sure you buy exactly what you want because they don't do refunds easily; this is great because there is no chance you will buy a used product from Smoke City. They are laid back and personable and if you are cool, they are cool! Love this store! read more

Has all sorts of tobacco and tobacco-related products-cigarettes, loose tobacco, rolling papers, pipes, hookahs, vaping supplies, and all the rest. Incense and lifestyle accessories too. Quite an impressive selection for just a small store. I went in looking for a premium cigar, and they had a number of selections that were right up my alley. I ended up buying a Romeo y Julieta Reserve Maduro, but could just as easily have picked up a Montecristo #2 or an H. Upmann. The atmosphere is very head shoppy, but the staff was very helpful and courteous when I asked a question. I liked that. I will be back. A tobacco shop with cigars and staff that good ought to stick around for a while, and I'll definitely do my part. read more

and so then I relapsed and bought a pack of marlboros. a friend turned me on to e-cigs but they weren't doing it for me so I said to hell with it and decided to take the vape plunge. I've literally been back 4 times since I bought my kit because of problems, every time someone messed with it, and it still was messed up despite assurances I was all set, and right when I was about to just go just give the thing back and tell them thanks for wasting my time, from somewhere came girl with nose ring who messed around, replaced a part, and finally it works even better than right out of the box. that's a big deal - you go back so many times only to keep having problems then someone fixes it for free with a smile and an apology for the hassle. as this is a "tobacco shoppe" and I'm not into "tobacco shoppes" I put on blinders, but I can tell you they've got everything you will ever need for your tobacco pleasure and a lot of it is pure art, but for me, it's girl with nose ring. I'm putting you on Yelp and giving the store 5 stars because of you. It's actually a 5 star store already, but nose ring girl turned it into a 5 star store on Yelp with one of my brutal reviews. congratulations smoke city, you rule! read more

I love this store! Friendly and laidback atmosphere, good music, and they always have just what I need! My go to is the kratom! They always have the biggest selection for the best prices!
