However, we just had a run in with a rather angry service tech. We were exchanging out a brine tank, the tech shows up along with another service truck and two other employees. I greet them as I come out from my garage, and begins the ranting and raving from the service tech. I was even told by him that he was going to call his general manager about me for blaming him for the issues previously had from an installation he did. Also, for cursing him out and using the "F" word at him...He continued to become more and more aggravated, angry and LOUD....all as my neighbors watched. I finally had enough and told him to leave. He wouldn't go. I told him again to leave the tank and vacate my premises, as he is slamming things down, ranting to himself and yelling at me as he finally goes to his service truck and leaves,he angrily backs down my driveway not paying any attention to his surroundings and speeds away. I am completely at a lost to explain what the hell just transpired. The product we have is great. The tech that came back the second and third time to correct the issues from the installation was great. I believe the company offers a great product. But this employee must be dealt with. That entire situation is completely unacceptable.

Equipment was returned, yet I dealt with delays, incorrect billing, and long stretches where calls, voicemails, and emails went unanswered. Lauren in customer service was particularly unhelpful and often came across as condescending during the process. The only reason this is not a 1-star review is because the deposit was eventually refunded after I escalated the issue to management. Unfortunately, the experience was so frustrating and time-consuming that Culligan lost our business after our move. The only positives were our delivery driver Vic and the quality of the water.

I have all these and more waiting to get picked up due to errors by Culligan.

Visited the city and inquired about cigars. Was given this location by another smoke shop that didn't have a quality cigars. I purchased two gurka evil cigars, (which to me are ok) and a bic lighter. Looked at my bank statement the total was $59 and some change. Lighter runs about $3 so the cigars were $28 each that is ridiculously insane for that cigar. I can get 5 on line for less than that. I have been smoking for over 14 years and that was a beginner for me, opus x start off a little more than that and that is a way better smoke. If ever in the city again I will make sure to avoid them. Not thinking I just swiped my card not even asking the price nor did the associate give me a total or receipt. Never again!!! read more

went to this shop because i was in nashville and my vape had died. the clerk seemed nice enough and i was kind to her. i bought 1 geek bar and a pack of marlbaro menthol 72's. the girl never offered to show me the charge, had the keypad turned away from me the whole time, and never asked if i wanted a receipt. they charged me $124.58. and i cant even go back because i was on my way out of nashville. do not ever go here :) read more
