The food is a little bit pricier than other meal services but you are getting fresh food delivered daily (or when you schedule it). I work as a med device sales rep so I definitely need some sort of meal prep. My only problem is that sometimes I get stuck at the hospital and don't leave a cooler bag out because I think I will be home to get it or I know the cooler bag I have will probably be warm by the time the food gets there. My only other complaint is that it is a day by day menu so if you want to plan meal prep for the week it can get tricky to get what you want. For example, sweet potatoes are made on monday this week and chicken is made on thursday. But I would love to just do grilled chicken and sweet potato for lunch all week. The cashier said not one word to me, looked like she would have rather been having a root canal then be at work. not the standard " you find everything you needed?"- nothing and meanwhile there were others who I assume were supervisors yelling employees names across the store. I didn't see the guy that is usually supervising up front. He's always very friendly. I even said to the cashier "are you having a bad day? " it's just incredibly disappointing for a company that has such a good reputation. This is the third time this has happened there and the second with this same cashier. The guy bagging the groceries was not any better and although I had a full cart- not one offer to take it to my car. Now the deli was amazing. Even though they were slammed with customers, they could not have been nicer and more apologetic for the wait. The lady with the British accent is a gem! Always so friendly and welcoming. I hope they fix their front end issues. It's just not up to Publix standards and they will absolutely lose business because if people want to have a mediocre experience, they can shop elsewhere.
