Our salesperson was Sara and she came out, tested our water and shared resources where we could get more facts about our water. We got a quote for a plain under sink unit and a whole house system, and she thoroughly explained all the different options you could get. My extended family buys alkaline water, so we decided to be bougie and get that on the counter spigot, however at Sara's suggestion we did plain RO to the fridge and ice maker. David was the technician that came out. He was extremely personable and you can tell he believes in their product. He did a great job drilling into our countertop and provided some guidance in machine placement for easy filter changes. They sell an American made product, and it has great reviews. They kill you on maintenance. They will lie to you and tell you they have a lifetime carbon right to your face. They have activated carbon. It's good for about 2 1/2 years on their in and out non-back wash and carbon. They get $1500 to re-bed the carbon. If you ignore replacing the carving, the chlorine will destroy the softener. You're stuck with their maintenance they love making money on the service department. You can buy a back washing carbon, but it's twice the price of the In-N-Out because it's only gonna double the life of your carbon. If you're on city water, you have to handle the chlorine what I'm finding out. Chlorine voids the warranty on softeners Not to mention their reverse osmosis, they charge $480 for two filters every 12 to 18 months. Because they love having the technician come out and pop them in for you. And they charge you trip charge parts labor gas the filters should only cost you about $60-$80 apiece, but they kill you again in the service department. If you don't mind throwing $100 a month away just in service then this is the machine for you. The only problem is you're gonna lose water pressure. Waste of time and money and you're looking at anywhere from $12,000-$16,000. Good luck

We then needed our kitchen sink and faucet replaced and they came out within a couple days of requesting an appt. We have used David both times and it has been a pleasure to work with him. He is personable as well as let us know issues that could arise with install and when to call them again. He cleaned up after himself and took all of the garbage with him which was a plus in my book! All around, I will only use Champion Plumbing for my plumbing needs.

They were set to see us later in the day and they were able to come several hours early, promptly fixed the issue, and gave us advice on how to prevent it from happening again. Their prices were very good too (much cheaper than some others) and their customer service was top notch. We would definitely recommend them and will definitely call them again when we have a plumbing issue.

However, we just had a run in with a rather angry service tech. We were exchanging out a brine tank, the tech shows up along with another service truck and two other employees. I greet them as I come out from my garage, and begins the ranting and raving from the service tech. I was even told by him that he was going to call his general manager about me for blaming him for the issues previously had from an installation he did. Also, for cursing him out and using the "F" word at him...He continued to become more and more aggravated, angry and LOUD....all as my neighbors watched. I finally had enough and told him to leave. He wouldn't go. I told him again to leave the tank and vacate my premises, as he is slamming things down, ranting to himself and yelling at me as he finally goes to his service truck and leaves,he angrily backs down my driveway not paying any attention to his surroundings and speeds away. I am completely at a lost to explain what the hell just transpired. The product we have is great. The tech that came back the second and third time to correct the issues from the installation was great. I believe the company offers a great product. But this employee must be dealt with. That entire situation is completely unacceptable.

Equipment was returned, yet I dealt with delays, incorrect billing, and long stretches where calls, voicemails, and emails went unanswered. Lauren in customer service was particularly unhelpful and often came across as condescending during the process. The only reason this is not a 1-star review is because the deposit was eventually refunded after I escalated the issue to management. Unfortunately, the experience was so frustrating and time-consuming that Culligan lost our business after our move. The only positives were our delivery driver Vic and the quality of the water.
