Because they have a pretty good variety. However, if you're part of their five stars program, take note that if you get a reward, they're only honored IF you spend a certain amount of money. For example, on your app it will say you were rewarded $5 on a non tobacco item and that's all it says. When you go to check out they will tell you that you have to spend $30 to get your reward... it should say that on the app then. Sounds like a rule a money hungry boss would make. Not cool! The guy working tonight was super apologetic and understood my frustration so that was really nice. I may come back just for him!

The VMotion is clearly not a torch designed to support a 30 second burn to heat a quartz nail; it's a lighter designed to quickly ignite loose leaf products. I did two sessions with my rig yesterday and, after a balky start, the unit I purchased functioned but burned through its entire fuel reservoir in the 60 seconds I had it running. I tried the unit again tonight and now it won't even spark into a consistent flame. It's pretty much dead; I've literally had it running for less than 5 total minutes of continuous ignition. I won't hold the retailer accountable for a product it didn't manufacture. I will, however, hold Purple Haze up as not reputable for its staff failing to advise me against a purchase.

The staff at that location has always been welcoming, professional, and customer-focused, which is why yesterday's experience at the downtown Charleston location was especially disappointing. On Saturday afternoon, May 23, I visited the downtown location with my brother and my nephew. Shortly after walking in, the manager on duty informed us that my nephew's "gym shorts" violated the dress code and asked us to leave. I understand that businesses have the right to establish dress standards, especially cigar lounges that want to maintain a certain atmosphere. That said, the way the situation was handled came across as rude and unnecessarily dismissive. There was no effort to handle the conversation with professionalism or hospitality, especially considering we had just walked in and intended to spend time and money there. What surprised me most was how little value seemed to be placed on customer relationships. After the amount of business and loyalty I've shown to the brand over time, the interaction left me genuinely questioning whether I'll return at all. The contrast between the welcoming atmosphere at Point Hope and the experience downtown was significant and disappointing.
