I once watched JC, the owner take a return for somebody who BROKE THEIR PIPE BY DROPPING IT. Because they had just left the shop with it. I also have seen them take care of many customers, in a timely and polite fashion. Want to be treated like crap? Go to any other smoke shop in Denton.
