I would give more than 5 Stars if I could! This place is amazing! I'm pretty new to vaping, and from the moment I first stepped into this establishment I was blown away by how friendly and helpful the staff was. I've since become a regular customer; I get all of my supplies exclusively at this location. The staff is knowledgeable about all things vape, and they are always in a pleasant and helpful mood. I've never had a single bad experience here. When I first started out I wandered around different locations comparing prices and products; this place is so professional and clean, there is no riff-raff like you get at a lot of other smoke/vape shops. It's safe and professional every single time. They have taken the time to troubleshoot technological problems with my tanks and mods, and they always have the answers to my questions (even the noob/novice ones). They have never come off as arrogant or elitist like you might find at some of the other more cliquey shops in town. What's most impressive to me is the total passion that every staff member has; they really do love their hobby, and they love their jobs. The owner, who is usually on-site and able to help out if he's needed, clearly takes care of his people and treats them with respect and professional courtesy. I do not recall the names of all of the staff, unfortunately, but the full-time guy who seems to be kind of like a manager is always, without fail, enthusiastic to see me and every customer who walks through the door. There is a very nice lady who works there named Pam (like the "spray", as she would say) who goes out of her way to make sure every experience I have is perfect. Twice now I've gone in with some pretty technical issues and she was able to trouble shoot my problems and fix them the first time, all while staying positive and friendly. Thank you, Pam! Another amazing benefit of shopping here is the incredible "Perka" app the store uses for customer loyalty; every dollar you spend gives you points towards e-juice, coils, or money off of a purchase, and it doesn't take very long for the points to add up to some real value. Regular customers can start to see real savings after only a few visits, and if you buy a mid-to-high-range rig you can almost guarantee you'll see savings on your next visit. The app is all done through your phone and is super user-friendly! Overall this place oozes with customer service, and they carry such a great selection of products from mods to tanks to coils and a robust, very high-quality assortment of flavors and brands. There's no place in Orlando like Smoke Pharmacy; I promise you that. It's easy to get to, located minutes from "downtown," and right in the hearth of Colonial Town. I've been here a few times before with decent experiences but this last visit left a really bad taste in my mouth. I receive their store coupons via text message so I decided to come in and use a 20% off coupon. I asked for a Juul starter kit, and of course, I find out that their coupon does not apply to Juul or tobacco products. Ok, fine, I get it. But this is literally all I'm looking for at a smoke shop. Anyway, I buy the kit, even after expressing hesitance and sticker shock at checkout when I'm quoted $48. I had a feeling this was a bit high since I've bought several of these for about half this price in the past. After my purchase, I went to price check 30 yards across the street at the 7 Eleven and sure enough, they've got Juul starter kits for $31.00. So naturally, I went right back to Smoke Pharmacy and asked for a refund. Nope. No consideration. Even though it's an electronic product, I can't get a refund??? Ok, fine, do you price match? "No." Store credit? "No, sorry." I realize this may have been ignorant to expect anything different with tobacco products, but at the very least I could have been given more information or at least some consideration on this situation. The employee at checkout even had a Juul herself! How does she not tell the truth like it is. Not only did the employees not give a damn about the situation, but they were unwilling to keep me a satisfied customer. I have visited the location probably 5 or 6 times over the past year and have had an EXCEPTIONAL experience on every single occasion. Most recently, I went in with my partner to look for a dry herb vape. While I have moderate experience with vapes, I had very little knowledge of anything dry herb vape-related. We were greeted be Alex who took his time to ask questions on our specific needs and was intensely helpful in presenting the pros and cons of different devices. There was absolutely no pressure and we were able to make a confident decision without feeling rushed or made to feel dumb. Where some shops can seem somewhat elitist, Smoke Pharmacy has never made me uncomfortable for asking questions (even if it's obvious I don't know much about what I'm asking.) To top it all off, Alex was able to get us set up with the reward program that automatically saved us a decent chunk of change, and grab a free pack of coils I'd been on the fence about. He was extremely pleasant to work with and I will absolutely be returning to this spot as my go-to smoke shop location. All in all, every person I've spoken with in Smoke Pharmacy has been helpful, friendly, and patient. That relationship with all the staff has improved immensely over just a few months. EXTREMELY Knowledgeable & Friendly staff. This was my second time shopping at smoke pharmacy and I decided a review was overdue. I had Edward help me find exactly what I needed today: a dry vaporizer for under $100. Edward was able to help describe each option based on my criteria. He also had personal experience and owned some of the pieces I was looking at. After I decided what piece I wanted, he answered questions I had and gave helpful information which included how to clean the vaporizer, what the ideal temperature setting was, the items it came with, etc.The selection at the shop is incredible and the prices are pretty damn close to shopping online. Only complaint (and a minor one at that) It is a bit difficult to browse for items if you don't know exactly what you want, a lot is behind the counter or out of view and you have to rely on staff showing you different products.
