I've been visiting different smoke shops around the area for finding some OTC items to help with dealing with the stress of daily life these days. 2020 has basically messed with all of our heads and if there's something that can help, then I'll give it a try. When I walked in, I was greeted with a lot of Enthusiasm from Amine (sp?) who was running the shop. He was extremely helpful and discussed the different options available. Ever since learning about Delta-8 THC and the legality and benefits, I decided I should experiment and see if the benefits are real. I'm no expert in any of this so I do rely on the service provided by these shops. He was extremely helpful and talked about the different batteries/cartridge options, gummies, etc. as well as how to use. I liked him so I decided to support this particular shop and make a purchase. After my purchase, I was home trying to get the dog-gone thing to work (that's cleaner language than what I was using). I couldn't get the battery/vape to work so I headed back and explained my situation. There was a clog or something and everything was kind of a mess. He took care of it and I was on my way and able to try it out later that day. He went above and beyond to assist me. I was happy with my experience and my purchase and look forward to visiting again when I need a refill. Maybe that's the Delta-8 talking though! read more

Husband and I were traveling and I wanted to find a smoke shop for a specific reason. We stopped by this one because it was near a hotel we were staying at. I noticed they had hand dipped incense which I was really excited about!! They also were really knowledgeable, had a great stock of different items, and we're also willing to give me a few discounts as a brand new customer since they newly opened. This place is so close to my house that I come here out of convenience. This previous time I came I had a terrible experience. Unfortunately out of laziness I decided to come back, and as I pulled up I said to myself, "God I actually hate this place, what am I doing", and then went in anyways. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE OF ALL TIME. Terrible selection of vapes. They're all trash. I bought 5 vapes and was not told nor did I notice they were 0% nicotine. I was told I could not exchange them nor get a refund. It was everything inside me not to reach over the counter and do something I'd seriously regret. Do yourself a favor and NEVER COME HERE. Do NOT go to this place . They sell fake puff plus probably all of them are fake . I got a second vape after first one didnt work and it was different shade even though it was same flavor and when I asked him why he said he didn't know and when I asked him if he was selling me a fake vape he stuttered and walked away from me. Awesome smoke shop, just opened recently and are loaded with tons of sick glass peices and other accessories for your smoking needs. The people who worked there were really friendly and welcoming.
