While we were there, one of the employees (I think her name was Kate?) helped us throughout our visit. She was very helpful, friendly, and honest and I loved that. She basically took us around the pipe side of the store (two rooms! One for hookahs, pens, grinders, rolling stuff etc and the second room is for mainly pipes) and showed us everything. The pipe displays cases are organized by price which is amazingly helpful with those on a budget like me. Kate showed us a lot of different options and recommendations. She showed us the BOGO case which had a great variety of stuff like pipes, water pipes, a cool bracelet pipe, grinders, scales etc. We left with a new beautiful little water pipe and a small grinder. We got a 10% off discount (they have an always 10% off soft glass discount) and we got free screens with our purchase. Ask about those Five Stars Rewards!
