In addition to BBQ, they have an ample selection of steaks, chicken, and burgers. I decided to give the brisket plate a try. While the brisket was tasty, it was quite a bit different from the traditional Texas-style brisket I'm accustomed to eating. The brisket was "chunky" versus "sliced".
