The woman whose working in there now IS HORRIBLE. Its 3/22 at 5pm. Shes rude, uninformative and completely disrespectful. I have never seen her in there but she brags she's worked there for 6 months. Who cares?! Very rude. The man that works there actually there's 2 men they are very nice, but she needs to go!!!! She needs a lot of training in customer service. I unfortunately will not be returning because of her attitude. read more

I was referred to the KVC Smoke Shop by a friend of mine who lives in the neighborhood. I was looking for a hookah and was told that this was the place to go. The shop is small but has a vast supply of everything smoke related. The guy behind the counter was very friendly and told me all the supply I needed for my hookah. The supplies I needed were cheaper than assumed they would be, which was a pleasant surprise. I think I've found my resident smoke shop. read more

Kortney Jason and Rich along with the owner are the friendliest people you ever want to meet. Their attention to detail is above and beyond of what you would normally expect from a clerk. When I go in they know what I want and put it on the counter before I even get to the register. It's the little things like that that keep me coming back to this place. Something as small as remembering what I want each and every day goes a long way with me and that's why KVC will always get my business. Not to mention the store has a tremendous selection and you're pretty much guaranteed to leave there with what you went in there looking for & maybe a little something extra because they are also extremely knowledgeable and great salesman. read more
