He was very blunt and rude, just as he can be in person. He is always on the phone even when ringing people out. It's purely for sales, but the staff was good while I was there and they even said I could buy cartons of cigarettes from them, or they could order them for me... which is great. I have select tastes in tobacco since I'm a very occasional smoker, so it was good I could have a place that caters to my sometimes weird whims.
