I Am ONLY giving 1 star because I'm unable to give a 0 or negative #!!! This guy (I assume the owner) is the most UNfriendly, UNappreciative person.ZERO customer service skills. I accept that may simply be his personality. HOWEVER 2day I was almost ripped off & that is UNacceptable!! I was cashing in my recycle voucher & was given $20 less than my amount owed. Thank goodness I counted it in front of him before leaving the counter. He made NO apology for the "mistake" which convinced me it was NOT an accident. Sadly we are forced to use his business to cash the recycle voucher but I refuse to purchase anything ever in his business. Beware!! read more

Delivery had been promised so it meant a hassle for relatives living 1,800 miles away. Jory's is closed on Mondays. Maybe that was the hang-up, but delivery had been promised. When they finally arrived, I was greeted with a "Sorry." The flowers were beautiful and so was the amber tone mosaic vase. (I am still enjoying the vase now filled with some dried fall flowers.) But here is where things get a bit strange. When I was rinsing out the vase, I noticed two stickers on the bottom. One said Mervyn's $39.99 and the other said Goodwill $8.99. Mervyn's closed many years ago so today's retail value of the vase would be much more. Who knows how it ended up at Goodwill and then made its way to Jory's. I don't have an issue with recycling from thrift stores. I do it myself. What was very odd to me was Jory's did not take a minute or two to remove the stickers. Very tacky. This would have been a five-star review if the flowers had arrived on time and in a vase that did not show its thrift store origins.

Someone then recommended B&B Floral and I stopped by their shop right away. I met with Jay, showed him pictures what wreaths the family wanted, including personalized ribbons, with no issues. I even entrusted Jay to make a corsage for Mom, which was beautifully made with a pink rose. I also referred B&B Floral to my friends and colleagues who wanted to send flowers to the service and they delivered! Even the succulent garden my coworkers ordered was beautifully made. After placing my order, I looked at their website and saw a wreath that I loved. Since it was the same price, Jay had no issues exchanging one of the wreaths with their design. My only regret was not ordering the casket spray from them which was more cost effective than what was ordered at the time we finalized Mom's services at the Funeral Home. Moral lesson, just go to B&B Floral you all your floral needs. Great local business, great value, with exception customer service!
