I have been coming to this dispensary for years. The prices are the best in Vallejo and I shop around. The have a BIG selection to offer and are usually stocked well. Rarely do I not find what I want. They have some of the most friendly and knowledgeable bud tenders. Anna is my favorite, she's always " got you". I used to like this place, but today's experience completely ruined it for me. When I went to pay, they told me their system was down but said they could text me a link so I could use Apple Pay. Fine. I paid through the link and then noticed they had quietly added a $5 "convenience" fee. No one mentioned that fee before sending the payment link. When I asked about it, the employee just said in a whiny voice, "I know, I'm sorry." That's not an apology, that's admitting you know it's shady. If you're going to charge an extra fee, be upfront about it before someone pays. Slipping it in after the fact is deceptive and dishonest. There are plenty of other places nearby that don't pull this kind of nonsense, and I won't be coming back. read more

Place has an okay selection, although god forbid you get a defective cartridge, management likes to give you a hard time and makes it sound like it was your fault lol. Me and my friends don't go to VRC anymore they act like there's not any other places that sell weed. Highly recommend Highway 29 and NUG better products and better vibes for sure. I moved back to Vallejo in the beginning of the year and found VRC. I loved the place! Good customer service, knowledgeable and has what I need. Then I came in today and got treated like I was the asshole in the situation. Here's a quick breakdown of what happened: Walked in, got the ID checked and noticed a gentleman walking in behind me. The two employees working were already helping customers, so I was the first in line to be seen next. The gentleman who walked in behind me stands right behind me for 5 seconds before telling me "I'm not cutting I'm just going to go up there and look, they know me." It didn't bother me, maybe he needed to see something better or whatever. Then he starts petting this other customers dog and just being extremely friendly. Once of your employees finishes with a customer, they then immediately start conversing with the guy who cut me and starts asking for what he wants. I make a gesture expressing that I was upset he just cut me in line. Your employee noticed and asks "hey do you have a problem man?" ALREADY OFF TO A GREAT START WITH THAT! Then I mention that the guy cut me and he immediately says "I forgot, I'm an asshole" etc etc. I agreed and then your employee tries to ask me what I want. Then your employee decides to hand me off to the other because this customer is constantly trying to talk to me about the situation. I understand your employees maybe weren't paying enough attention to understand what was happening, but what happened AFTER is ridiculous. Your male employee handed me off to your female employee and says "it's her birthday." She begins to help me, I tell her what I want. She then proceeds to tell me to "not let it get to me." I told her it wasn't, then she proceeds to explain how my body language is saying differently. She wouldn't drop it. I come to your business to buy a product. I'm not rude and I expect the same customer service as anybody else that walks in your doors. Your employees don't need to tell me how to feel or what my body language is telling them. I usually have a good experience here but these two definitely wanted to protect the guy who cut me in line and decided to judge me based off how I looked and responded rather than what I was actually saying to them. They literally stole my Id!!!! Scamming to the fullest. How am i going to get a call saying you left your ID here and then when i went to pick it up no one could find it. Gave them over a week and they still couldn't find it or give me an explanation as to what happened to my id. Eventually got ahold of someone and they said it was mailed out to me. Crazy, don't go out getting robbed here too. One employee sees transaction, error aknowledges it says come back tomorrow we'll get this fixed. Show up and "manager" claims she was never given a hundred because if I would have her "till" would be over. Ofcourse it would off but you took it. That's why it was not. If you are a regular here. Beware, they wait till your not paying attention to rob you. Over 3k given in tips since I have started coming here. I learned my lesson of why people are no longer brand/business loyal. This place is a joke, I came in to try them out after a while of being out of the area, I picked out what I wanted just for them to inform me they can't sell it to me because it can not be scanned into the system. A business should not be open if you don't have the management team there to back you up and fix mistakes like this. I left empty handed and will not return. Y'all need to do better. read more

I've been a loyal customer for many year's..Staff and manger are great customer service people.However it's totally unexceptable too be put on hold for over an 1/2 hour in the morning..Although the manager makes it right her hands are tied with staffing in the morning.. So I have a suggestion why not open your phone lines at 10am that way staff can gather their thoughts and help walk ins and not be overwhelmed with the phones and walk- in at the same time.. One more thing have a separate person that handle the calls and pick up orders.They can put the orders together..JS. I love this place and want too see it continue to thrive in the community.. Vallejo Relief Center customer service is friendly, helpful, and fast! I had a terrible experience with an employee from another dispensary, all i was asking for was a recommendation. I don't know if she was in a rush or having a bad day, but i told myself I'm not coming here anymore. Then i found VRC, and the rest is history! My first day, i walked in presented my ID was greeted by a very friendly employee by the Name of Breahanna. This was my first visit. The location was easy to find and during the week there was ample street parking. Upon walking in I was not yelled at by the person sitting at the desk to take off my sunglasses like I have been at another local dispensary so KUDOS for that (I have chronic migraines so I'm super sensitive to certain lights). They also have hand sanitizer available at the entrance. The staff here is super chill, knowledgeable, and friendly. I felt very comfortable here. The flower products are assorted by price on the shelves so I thought that was really cool. Their edibles; gummies , cookies, and brownies, are behind the register. I checked out the menu online the night before on Weedmaps. I wanted one of the mango products and was bummed to find out it was sold out. They still had the Pink Animal Crackers that I was eyeing and I'm super happy with it. read more
