The employees took the time to listen to my wants and text pictures within those parameters made a choice struck a deal and then it was delivered. In this time of isolation its delivery only. Yes it was different bit not difficult. So received my product and it happened to be defective a hairline crack unnoticeable even when you know where its at. It happens. I called back and informed them and was told driver would return to check on item and help resolve situation. Driver called right away and asked if he could finish a delivery before he returned, knowing the issues and people that drivers deal with I said no problem do what you need to. Not much longer driver returned and I'll be dammed if it didn't leak. I blew into the device and the leak was revealed. $ returned and was called back by employee at store made new choice.
