Told the employee and showed him my old vape for comparison and the difference was clear, they agreed. Assured me it was real because of the sticker on the side of it. I am highly disappointed in this Vape shop. As a new customer, I usually go to a different Vape shop - but was on this side of town so I went to this one. I bought a PUFF Flow vape from this shop and I opened it later that night when I got home and the air flow adjustment is completely broken. Not only that, but the vape BARELY pulls at all. When I first walked in, the man was very nice and their prices were a few dollars cheaper than other vape shops. So when I left, I told myself I was going to shop at this store more often due to the competitive pricing. HOWEVER, I left. Got home and the vape is broken. I called in the next morning (today) to see if I could swap it out and I will try the new one in front of the workers at the store BEFORE I leave this time since I was NOT instructed or suggested to do by the original employee. The employee on the phone said no, and there are signs in the store advising of this. (Which I didn't see) I recommend they train their employees to advise their customers of this with every purchase. I was very kind on the phone and did not get that reciprocated as a new customer who just payed and received BROKEN product from this store. Therefore, I will recommend you a great shop to buy from. They have outstanding customer service and also have working products. HOUSE OF SMOKES on Silverado Ranch and Maryland will take care of you and your purchase with great service. I normally don't do this but it was ONE time and I kindly asked to come swap the vape out the NEXT morning AND even try it in front of an employee to ensure the vape works.
