I have been a regular customer at this store for the past 3 years and I am getting really…read morefrustrated with the owners of this store. They never have a set schedule for when they are open for business. Lately it's been around 2 pm in the afternoon when they do open. Nothing is more irritating than to show up at a store only to discover they are not there. The other frustrating thing is the amount that they charge me for a single pack of cigarettes. I buy the same brand each time I come in and the price always varies depending on who is running the register. The two different amounts that I have been charged are either $9.61 to $9.40. Strange. The cigarettes are $8.20 plus $.72 sales tax and they charge me $.50 to use my debit card. That totals $9.42! Wow so where do they get the $9.61 and $9.40 amounts? Beats me and that is why I am giving my business to somewhere else starting today!!!!!!!'

Location: on the corners of Fulton and Hurley in Arden Arcade or more precisely Arden Manor. Parking? Yes there is free parking in this wee tiny lot that shares its space with a payday cash place, and a Mediterranean restaurant or is it kabobs? I can't recall. Needless to say that most of the time a spot is available and others times not due to the volume of lunchtime traffic to the restaurant. I'd also like to forewarn you not to walk away should you find the door locked and a sign next to the blinking "OPEN" sign that reads: "Be back in 5 minute"s as I've concluded this is for restroom breaks and so far they've always returned super fast to reopen the door. It's a mom and pop shop or maybe it's a dad and daughter which is what I tend to think but either way the seasoned gentleman whose always so friendly and welcoming to me just keeps me coming back here. That combined with the fact that to date they've always had my cigs in stock with the exception of just once and they always gift me a complimentary lighter without me requesting it that isn't junk and actually works. Incense! I love it and lite more then 1 stick daily and have for like ever however finding it locally at prices that are as comparable to Amazon as locally possible is a challenge. There is however one in particular that is not only beautifully designed but has the most amazing scent. Song of India, India Temple Incense to be exact. Divine! Plus the package which I've included a pic of is a work of art and of course as a hoarder I keep the empties just knowing one day I'll find a use for them. Lottery ticks of ALL kinds also sold here including the Mega and Powerball plus scratchers galore. Immaculately clean shop too. It's really remarkable how fresh and hygienic they maintain it and themselves. Lastly there's a 7-eleven right across the street which sells gas so it's sorta a one stop shop off of Fulton.

I called to make sure they were open. I was told to come through the smoke shop side to order. Yes, I was asked to pay first but that's fine ($25). The owner told me which booth to sit. I ordered watermelon and mint. Flavor is perfect. The smoke shop has a large variety of products. The hookah lounge is clean. I tried one other hookah lounge in the area before and wasn't impressed. I'll always pay for good quality shisha and this is quality. I'll be in the area monthly for work and will definitely visit when in town.

They made and brought the hookah to us pretty quickly. It tasted good! The atmosphere was super chill. They had music playing and there's a decent amount of seating. We were pretty much one of the only groups in there, so it was really intimate. The hookah lasted for over 2 hours and they changed the coal a few times. First off we noticed only people who were not of color coming out with purchases and just to include this we are people of color. When entering seeing both of us in a "group" they should have id as at door instead of wasting my time just like other places do that don't allow minors also their policy only says minors are not allowed in store in Indiana and if there is a minor there should be someone who is of drinking age but I proceed. Before checking out my sister saw someone not of color checking out and the cashier did not ask for ID I will say this lady was probably 40s-50s. When the manager came to talk to us a man of color came up to us & said he didn't have his ID but he's 49 and if that would be a problem when the manager (Caucasian man) instantly told him he wouldn't allow him to buy. I totally understand having rules for stores because underage drinking is bad but after reading other reviews I started noticing a problem with consistency which Is not okay and very frustrating seeing In an area where there are a lot of people of color. Like I said before I understand the policies which is why I didn't discuss further and left to another store in a better area. Overall I want to inform others of my experience and to shop elsewhere instead of wasting your time like I did. Upon entering, they had a massive display of Jameson since St. Patrick's is around the corner. They also had a display of a new Grey Goose flavor - Berry Rouge. We walked around and found a big container of the Olive Brine plus blue cheese stuffed olives and pickle stuffed olives by the same brand called Filthy. You can find everything and more at Total Wine - they were even doing a free tasting of BeatBox. I think there may have been beer samples as well - we ended up taking home a Blue Raspberry BeatBox. My only complaint was the slow employee who was ringing everyone up especially on a Friday after work when you just want to get home and make a martini...or two. We'll be back soon!
