As soon as I walked in, I was greeted by a friendly staff member. I explained that I was a novice and needed some guidance, and he was more than happy to help. We stepped into the humidor, and it was honestly beautiful. The layout was organized and easy to browse, with prices clearly marked on each box--no guessing or awkward asking. He took his time explaining different options, worked within my budget, and never made me feel rushed or out of place. The store itself is bright, open, and very clean.
