The 1 star is not for the business. it's only for ONE PERSON THERE.....because all of the other people at this place are great people. However, the man who works the early shift...before 4pm is an abomination. He's mean, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. He's a man steeped in bias. He treats people horribly. If you want kind professional service go into this store after 4pm. If you go in the early to late morning....i hope you get the younger man who works early. He's very nice. It's like night and day!! The older, balding man is one of the meanest individuals I've ever met. I've given it multiple times or multiple interactions, but it never fails. He is miserable, biased, mean, and terrible when it comes to customer service. He will also look you in the face and lie to you about everything from price to the policies regarding the store. Worst customer service ever. TAKE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY elsewhere. Bought a piece from them, got home to wash it and it was cracked. Went back to talk to them about it and the first thing the owner tells me is that I broke it. I was never allowed to look at it; guy just grabbed it from the shelf and wrapped it up. I notified them about this and they said that "they check" it and that should be enough. How can a BUYER know that it wasn't broken already in the store if they check it. They offered me a same water pipe but half off. Sure let me give you more of my hard earned money when you already scammed me for the other $35. The lady that's work most of the time is nice, but the owner doesn't care if he rips you off. Pushed me to buy a certain brand vape pen which all ended being defective. I spent $40 and I wanted $10-$15 credit towards purchasing a working vape through him and he wouldn't even accommodate that. Horrible experience. I bought 2 flumes from here because it was next to my nail salon. Opened up to use one of them and it wasn't working, the other one I bought worked. I can back to get a new one within 20 minutes, but the owners refused to give me a new one. The reason was to try the product before I left. They never said I could do that. They have small signs saying I could. However, if a product doesn't work, it should be replaced. Just avoid this place. read more

This is an overall good smoke shop. The owners are helpful and know what to show me when I request something odd like a screen for a glass smoking piece. The owner was like, here you go. It was a glass screen for glass bowls, never knew they existed. There are plenty of choices to pick from. I recommend this shop to people in the South Bay. read more
