This is the place to go for all of your CBD needs. Edibles, tinctures, concentrates, lotion, balm, flower; this place is stocked with everything your research has recommended and more. If you haven't done research and are just coming in for information, the staff is well versed without being at all pushy. Every bit of knowledge they gave me was easily verifiable with a quick google search, and I didn't feel like anything was expected from me in return. The atmosphere is wonderful as well. There is a bar to sample their stock of Vaping supplies and E-Liquid, couches and a TV. Coffee is available too. HORRIBLE!!! Never have I ever had such terrible customer service. I walk in and every employee is sitting on the couch looking at their phones...if they even were employees...I honestly couldn't tell. I walked around and looked in every one of their display cases before someone finally looked up and said, "can I help you with something" after I said "yeah" I swore I saw an eye roll from some other employee...like I was an inconvenience coming into their store spending my money. The young man that helped me started off really nice, but after 5 minutes of asking a few questions, he started getting short with me and I felt as if I was annoying him for being in there.. Because they didn't seem to value me as a customer I decided to leave. I will never return here ever again. I will spend my money where it is valued and appreciated. read more

one of the things I love about this place is the atmosphere, there is a LOVELY area to just hang out and the staff there encourages you to do so. They never press products on you and are knowledgeable and will find something that works for YOU not just the most expensive product. You can try any flavor before buying it and the staff has always treated me with the utmost respect and kindness. The employees jump to help you when you walk in and not only that but ask you how your day was and if you're having a bad day, have even gone so far as to try and make my day better. I walked in and the employee was on the phone. The second he got off he starts complaining about people calling the store. I said that's good customer service that you help people and he grumbled something and so I asked him about the CBD oil. First thing he said was that stuff doesn't work for me then complained about the taste. First of all, its not for him and second if it doesn't work then why carry it? So I picked the one that I liked and that I did some research on line at their Smokeless website. He proceeded to ring it up and said it was $85.70 I asked, how much tax is on that? He said the typical sales tax, I said online its $70 at your site, he said its $80 here. Instead of being a Karen and going across the counter at him, I just figured keep the $10. I'll order it from somewhere else next time. Way too much competition out there to be a terrible, whiney ass customer service person and then rip off your clientele. Never again! read more

The store is super clean and open which is nice- it's kind of hard to get out of the parking lot but that's super minor. Regarding the prices- in comparison to other vape shops around they're similar but definitely on the higher end. I got an atomizer and some juice for $15- just the small bottle (20ml?) and I used a 15% off coupon which I'm pretty sure I got from checking in on Yelp, actually! The sales lady was informative- she obviously vapes A LOT which made me feel like I could trust her opinion more. They do have a rewards program too- you just sign up using your phone number. You'd have to shop there a lot to get a reward but I'm probably just saying that because I do most of my shopping online and I usually make my own e-cig juice so if you're buying juice and stuff in stores a lot this is definitely a good option! read more

Honestly, not impressed with the customer service. My wife went in with the type of atomizers our ecigs use, and the clerk working there sold her what she thought was the correct type. Ended up selling her the wrong type. No big deal, people make mistakes. Package was still intact, she had the receipt, and the foil was unopened on all the atomizers. So my wife goes back and asks for an exchange on the atomizers she bought, and the clerk apologizes and explains that they don't have the correct ones. Again, not a big deal, just process a return and we can pick them up online (where they are cheaper, but we prefer to support local business and will pay more to do so). Clerk explains that she can't do any returns, and my wife is basically out of luck. Offered an exchange for something else in store. Unfortunately, the juice she swapped out for was terrible and unusable. Unacceptable business practice. I would understand if my wife insisted on buying the wrong type and not allowing a return in a "told you so" type of situation, but the clerk was the one who gave her the wrong product in the first place. Anyplace that doesn't take returns on opened, obviously used product I would understand, but these were still in factory tamper proof foil packaging. A blanket "no returns" policy is shortsighted. Avoid at all costs, there are plenty of other vape and ecig shops around the area that are willing to take care of their customers. Sadly, this one won't last long due to their 1-star customer service, since they were the closest to our house. read more

These guys are amazing! They are super helpful and knowledgeable. They make the store a very welcoming place that you want to sit in and hang around in. They are never pushy. I had gone in with a friend who vapes when I didn't, and never tried to force me to buy anything. The guys there can sometimes get wrapped up in their conversations with other customers, but as long as it isn't about vaping products I have no problem interrupting them for help. They have never gotten annoyed or short with me and my stupid questions. I completely recommend going here whether you are new to vaping or a seasoned pro! read more
