Are you ready to give up tobacco? Are you curious about e cigarettes but pretty clueless? You're in luck. I walked in the door, and was immediately at ease. It looked like a coffee shop/gift store. People kicking back on couches, enjoying their devices and each others company. It looked and smelled clean and inviting. I told my sales person Kevin I was totally new to this and needed help. We started off trying flavors - they have clean mouth pieces ready to go and samples of everything. Then we discussed kits vs custom set-ups and I decided to go with a single custom device. My whole setup with charger and a bottle of juice that should last me about a month was less than a carton of regular cigarettes. I walked out so happy, and as of tonight, I'll be tobacco free for 7 days. A few days in to my vaping, I was having issues with my clearomizer (the part that creates the vapor). I went back,and Kevin went through my device with me, found the problem, and replaced the part that was giving me heck at no charge. He said they understand this is learning a new way to smoke, and even if it was something I did - since I had just bought it, they're going to stand behind the product. I was very impressed. Knowing they're there to help, and the convenience of being able to walk in and get what you need, makes this the perfect place to go, especially if you're new to vaping. Great service and courtesy, I just needed a battery for a new atomizer I bought outside the store, since none of the ones I had didn't work. They let me try the atomizer on a display model to make sure it fired up, and then gave me a great deal on a nice battery. This is the kind of business and people worth supporting! Much better staff / atmosphere than all these other "E-Cig" pop-up stores. I'm loyal to the 503 brand, and am glad that Smokeless Smoking provides it. Very knowledgeable staff, not to mention friendly and welcoming. I feel like a part of a family / fellowship whenever I go there, lots of good people on payroll. It's a bit of a bummer that you can't vape indoors anymore at this location only - but that's nothing that they can control alone. Very promising, making some great changes! This store is a vapor lounge, making it different from many other E-cig stores. As of just a month ago the store doubled in size by purchasing the spot next to them. There are comfy couches, TV, magazines, to hang out and try the E-Cig juices. This is what they have done very well. However there is a limited selection of E-Cig juices, only about 20 last I checked. The flavors are very good, and the juice is stable (nothing turns black and viscous after many uses.) Some stores have 200 flavors and that is probably overkill but I would like to see more flavors from them, especially tobacco flavored. One thing to consider is that they make the E-Cig juice right there while you are waiting. This is good because you can customize the strength of nicotine in each bottle. This is not so good because the bottles are not sealed, and you have a different person every time adding in the Nicotine (a potentially deadly chemical in concentrate). Are they trained properly, are hygenic protocols adhered to? I do not know. You can test any flavor as much as you want with your own drip-tip they give you that is presumably sterilized at the end of the day. The selection of E-Cig hardware is slowly improving. Not nearly as much as some stores I have been to, but they have the popular brands. One type of e-cig tank they have leaked on me on 4 different tanks. I asked them to stock another similar tank and the guy I was talking to seemed to get slightly rude about it, telling me 'we don't carry those because we don't like them'. I did go back a couple months later and ended up talking to somebody that seemed like a manager, he said they are working hard to stock more hardware and tanks. Which it seems they have been slowly adding to. Of the three E-Cig power chargers I bought from them I have had pretty bad luck. One had an extremely corroded electrical contact, they swapped it out no problem. One of them the contact fell out of the charger itself after a couple months making it useless. One of them works fine. Customer service is great. They are very friendly and helpful. Occasionally I will get a 'new guy' that doesn't know everything, but there is always somebody there that could tell you more than you ever wanted to know about E-Cigs. Price is slightly higher than similar stores. Overall, I would say this store has great potential if they get more hardware and more flavors. Maybe a 5-star soon! read more

I've been going to Smokeless for years for vaping products. Their staff is always friendly and helpful, and eager to help if I'm having issues. Good selection of liquid and hardware. I also tried out some CBD products after consulting with staff. I have been using a salve on my back, which tends to act up. So, might be worth stopping by if you're interested in just hemp products. They do a great job explaining their vapor products, and that carries over to the CBD as well. Very low pressure. read more

I am pretty new at vaping, went to the store cause I slattered my little pen and the boys spent a good 40 minutes explaining everything about to me. Unfortunately, they didn't have exactly what I was looking for, and instead of persuading me to buy whatever they had (and I probably would have bought, although wasn't what I really wanted) they were professional and honest enough to direct me to another smoke shop. Great product. Customer service could be better. I simply love the location and the various favors and e-cigarettes this place has to offer at an affordable price. However, it's a mixed bag as far as the sales associate staffs go. There were some great employees at one time, but it seems as though they have moved on (possibly moved to a different location). Lately, I've been treated like an idiot. There is one gentleman there that I will just avoid in general because of this. I had a leak in my cig once and another man snagged it from my hand, lectured me while he cleaned it, and stated, "hopefully you never have to come back for this." After he returned it, the device was in worse shape than before. I am perfectly aware on how to clean the device, how to fix the housing, etc. I recently tried another location and the same rude staff wuss there Asa well, so I just left, as the gentleman (the one I try to avoid) was yelling at another employee for doing his job. read more

I was visiting my sister in St. Paul, and had taken my e-cigarette with me. While I was there, I discovered I was having problems with the unit. I contacted Smokeless Smoking and had a great conversation with Mike, who runs the kiosk at Rosedale Mall. He referred me to their main store in Bloomington and I called and spoke to Jordan. She was so nice, so patient, and so helpful...I made a trip to the store and she fixed me up right away. My device was working great when I left, but apparently I had a bad battery charger, which killed the new batteries I'd bought from Jordan. I had to go back to the store and she cheerfully replaced those batteries and made sure all was well. After that, I went to the kiosk at Rosedale and met Mike in person. He was so welcoming and friendly, and very happy to work within my budget (as was Jordan, who made sure I didn't go over what I had to spend). I was so pleased by their patience, kindness and courtesy and highly recommend their store, their kiosks and their products. Thanks, Jordan and Mike. You guys were great! read more

Store was great. It was very odd seeing people bring thier young babies inside. I stopped in to grab a tank and some juice as i was traveling and running low. Took a while to get service, and then the guy didnt even give me a receipt he sent my receipt to another guy named Jason in thier database. I was in a rush so i didnt have time to debate w/ the guy. Buyer Beware! Ordered their product online last Thursday, paying for First Class Delivery. When it still did not arrive on Monday afternoon, I called and was told that it was on it's way. Had to call again on Wednesday. Despite the fact that I called within business hours, no one answered. Left a message asking that they refund my credit card charge. 24 hours later, the charge remained. I had to go through the hassle of disputing the charge with my credit card company. read more

When I took it in the guy told me it was a known issue and they would not replace it however I could purchase a new one.
