I finally found a decent smoke shop!!!! The owner actually knew what a downstem, was and had the replacement parts for my old school double bubble bong!!!! I went in for screens and the woman knew exactly what I wanted,unlike another shop I had been in and he didn't know what or had any screens.

Went in to buy a pen last night at 7:30pm and was helped. Had a problem with the pen today and it isn't working at all. Won't charge. Called and the owner blew me off. She said "it worked here in the store, once it leaves the shop there is nothing we can do." I have only had it for a few hours and can't even use it. It's inexpensive but the cartridges are not so it was disappointing to not get any help. Thanks for nothing! Won't be coming back. read more

I wouldn't recommend buying here. If something doesn't work and you try to exchange it, they BS you about having to have the box it came in. I've worked in customer service for many years and that's not how you handle a bad sale. I only had a vape pen for 2 weeks and used it once and it didn't work after that. I'm busy, so I can't go in the very next day to exchange it. If you buy from here just be aware and keep your box. I recommend finding another ship.
