Had two ALL - TIME poor experiences here.. should have done my home work and read others reviews before hand, as they are pretty much spot on. On my first visit, I came in to make a simple purchase ($10 - 510 thread vapor pen). The associate I spoke with told me "those are trash.. don't even know why we sell them, I wouldn't ever recommend them". Proceeded to sell me a $30 gizmo for juice cartridges, assuring me that it would "work" and it's "top of the line". Apprehensive, I asked "well what if it doesn't". Associate told me no problem, come back in within 30 days of your purchase, and will refund you. (This guy was super condescending, as if I was supposed to know all this stuff -- actually really pissed me off). That brings me to today -- as i had thought, what the first associate sold me did not work. I go back in, no more than 10 days later, and ask to return it. This time now talking to a different associate, he tells me "there's nothing I can do as you didn't come back within 3 days" (I was never told 3days, I was told 30 days). Additionally, he then had the audacity to challenge me & ask me what took so long to figure out it wasn't the correct device & bring it back (it was rude, and disrespectful -- inconsiderate). All around bad Experience -- also, I believe it was the owner I was speaking with. If nothing else, as the business owner, the guy should have taken some ownership and accommodated me.. PS-- the guy will naturally come on here and reply with some sorry, pathetic, canned response.. acting in a reactive manner. I was In your store FACE TO FACE. I gave you a fair shot to fix it then -- you didn't.. so don't play victim. YOUR employee screwed up, made a poor recommendation, and also delivered me an incorrect return/refund timeline -- it's YOUR business. Show some leadership & OWN it. read more

Great prices and lots of juice too! The staff are fucking idiots and fail to honor the FiveStars rewards program on multiple occasion. I picked up a bottle of crimmys and told the guy, hey my FiveStar rewards program said I get 10% off my next purchase, he told me the app was wrong and wouldn't give me my 10% off... I called one of there stores and asked about the 10% off and the shop in Plainfield told me he was wrong and should of given me my 10% off Only reason I buy my juice here is because they have a lot of stuff that has been sitting around for 2+ months and is pre steeped Other than that I'm going to start avoiding this place as much as possible read more

Why sell something if you don't stock what you need to make them work. I went down the street to Land of Vapes, (by Binnys), and they removed 2 from one pack to sell to me, and told me the juice they sold was the reason the coils went out. Also the price was cheaper on the Icare at Land of Vapes. Don't sell things if you can't supply the coils after the sale. read more

This place has gotten so much better throughout the years. The current manager is The coolest dude I've come across when it comes to Vape sales he's not pushy he doesn't make the atmosphere uncomfortable. You can tell he likes what he does and that's important to the guest and to any business. He cares about your overall happiness prior to leaving the store. As for the other sales associates I feel they are new and need a little bit more training but they have a good chance with an owner like that. read more

I have been to this location several times over the past 4 years and the last three visits were disappointing. I purchased a Novo 3 from them, which cost double than the previous ones I purchased in 2021, which left me thinking they made a pricing mistake and I left it alone. I had previously had good experiences with this store, so I chalked it up to a mistake. I returned last week and picked up a product that turned out to have faulty hardware. I went back to return this unusable item. At first he seemed reluctant to exchange or refund, but he did agree to exchange it with the same product. However he handed me a disposable product after removing it from the box, from the same maker in the same color -- but after hitting the device it's obvious it's not the same contents. This store is great. Juice is not over priced. This is quality flavours from makers accross the country, not made in store. Lots of these juices cant stay on the shelves anywhere else so its a real hidden gem. There prices on equipment are very reasonable. Also the guy i delt with was very informed in the vape industry. Ive been in it from the beginning, and he was the first that i could actually have a conversation with in technical terms. Long review short great place. read more

They have a lot of juice is good but too high priced. They have a lot of mods but it doesn't matter when half of them are garbage. They customer service was poor. New to vaping, and looking for a simple device to help me quit smoking, I went to these guys on the suggestion of a friend. The guys that helped me were really knowledgeable and I ended up buying two PHIX, one for me and one for my wife and we bought some boxes of pods, all-in a couple hundred bucks. After a couple weeks I ran out of pods so I went back to replenish and they had gone up almost 6 bucks per box of four. The guy explained that they were now more in line with the cost of JUUL pods and of course not knowing any better (and still a fraction if the price of cigs) I just accepted and moved on. The very next day a coworker decided to try a PHIX based on my success, but he found a competitor in Bolingbrook who had the same device for 20 dollars less, and the pods for almost 10 dollars less per box. So I have to say these guys could have sold me and my wife much more expensive equipment, and they didn't, so I'm giving them great marks for customer service. But if you know what you want check everyone else around because you will likely find it less expensive elsewhere. read more
