Very good chance they will have what ever your looking for . Very well stocked & maintained. It's clean well organized & has a plethora of items from incense & tobacco products like cigars , cigarettes & great CBD& Delta variant products. Huge selection of pipes & bongs & glassware of every type & size . The carry a great Kratom extract in bulk powder, 1 gr capsules or liquid. My favorite being the Connesseur Blend in Capsules. Clay runs a great store he always has new product samples to try out & running a promotion . If they don't have what you need there other store probably does & they will get it for you. I came into the shop yesterday (must've been my million~th time by now...lol), extremely stressed and anxious because of, well, life. On top of that, I had only three dollar bills to my name, and ‐ I shit you not - 2 of my cards got declined by the system (again, not my day, lol)... This led me to have a P.O.'d attitude/headspace, because i had to call a gift card company, only to be rejected by again by a robot for my unused $25 gift card I got for Christmas (fyi don't purchase vanilla gift cards by mastercard....Sham City), smh. At least 40 mins later and after Immense and professional patience granted from the Smoker's Bay employee working that day, Courtney, i was kindly guided back to earth and my mentality became grounded. Courtney treated me like a human being when i was being rejected and dismissed by everybody else. And there's no price you can put on that sort of Value in life. Not only does she know her stuff about the products that they sell - she also will pause what she's doing to research EXACTLY what'll help you to answer any questions you may have or might not know to ask. The Manager in charge of Smoker's Bay staffing is also a great guy, and i wholeheartedly support and recommended this company as a place to shop and work if you're friendly. 6 out of 5 stars for the Service provided. Great products at both locations! Honestly the best prices on glass pipes and pieces down in the beaches. I had a poor experience a while ago, but after my most recent shopping experience the manager told me he changed the staff and that the individual I had a poor experience with is no longer working with them. They have great product knowledge and always steer me in the correct direction. The Atlantic location has tons of tobacco choices, papers, RAW products, and hookah. read more

Customer Service was friendly. Store return policy is not conducive to sound business practice. We bought five identical items, when we arrived at home, we then realized one was the wrong size and we couldn't use it. Same price, wrong size.
