I get up to take back immediately to the store and the same gentleman I purchased the product from was still on his shift, so I explained it to him and he instantly looked at his manager who was standing there listening to me explain how this has to be a product defect and he was explaining that he did just sell it to me 30 minutes prior. The manager said no he could not replace it or swap it out for the part that was broken even though there was not residue or any staining on the product. I was astonished, I have never dealt with such bad business, the guy instantly knew he was being shady but did not care that he even lost a customer, sad part is I bought another item last month, over 100$$ worth of glass and I totally regret it and I do now realize it is very low quality glass. Overpriced cheap glass made in a sweat shop somewhere in a different country. This guy is a con artist do not go here and do not give him money, you will be very upset in the end. Go give the money to the small shop across the way from this place.

I went and spoke to the guy who sold it to me and he looked at me as if I was a clown for coming back and brining it to his attention. I honestly wouldn't recommend this smoke shop because of the unprofessionalism. I've had troubles with vapes prior, however I've noticed that a more established and legit shop would've honored the products they're selling with a discount the least especially within 48 hours.
