If you go here, please make sure they do not try to tip you off like they did to me. Even with clearly marked sticker prices, the kid working behind the counter attempted to overcharge me...detail below. I came in for a very specific product which I know this store carries. I referred to the item by its specific brand name and the kid behind the counter looked at me like I had ten heads. It was just him and I in the store to hear and made huge deal out of nothing, likely because he was extremely "medicated". They had the product, he just didn't like that I called it by its brand name. He made a quick and simple transaction needlessly cumbersome and uncomfortable. If that was the only thing I would not take the time to write a review...I could chalk that up to a simple misunderstanding, not a big deal. However...what I take serious issue with is that when he rang me up, he saw I was paying cash and that I had exactly $40 in my hand, he said the item was $40 when the sticker price clearly indicated $35. I said, "even with tax the item would be $37 and change"...after going back and forth for a minute he finally charged me the correct amount but refused to give me a receipt. If you want to deal with overly "medicated" kids that will make you feel uncomfortable and wont charge you the correct amount for clearly priced items....this is the place for you. read more

Went in for a couple of new batteries, and was served by the lovely Tayler, who took great care of me. Ryan also helped me to understand how each battery worked. Very very poor selection on bongs and pieces. Seem to be all about rigs and vapes. The employees here and on 441 and Atlantic seems to be very young and not knowledgable about ANY pieces that was a just a few years before their time. Their selection on ROORs are over priced by at least double. Will NOT RETURN! read more

I stopped in the Coral Springs location Friday night. The 2 ladies working were very knowledgeable, pleasant and professional. I left there thinking "I should write a review". (Which I almost never do). Then 10 min later, I received a call. It was Grateful Js. I had forgotten my wallet there. I commend their parents for doing such a stellar job with them. These guys are all garbage stoners. Purchased a product on recommendation by them. Went home and tried the product. Not even close to what i wanted. Went back and said they couldn't do anything. Not a bad shop. I personally like the Boca location better though they are comparable. There is a really nice selection of glass rigs here as well as the regular blown glass pipes. Prices do tend to be a bit on the high side. Great selection of papers and wraps as well. I suggest Elements or OCB Premiums. read more

Just wanted to say the manager here with long hair is a beast. Original smoke shop I go to stoped selling the juice I smoked , I went to this store and they didn't have it in stock or selling them at all. What did he do? He made a order for that specific juice and was able to pick it up today . Place is great read more

This store hands down is MUCH BETTER than the Margate store. The staff ( although can be the same at times) overall is much nicer. At Margate they hire brain dead kids who throw their power around. Here the selection of vapor items is better and clearly has better management than Margate. Management at Margate should learn job by being trained by this store which is cleaner and better staff overall. read more
