I planned to buy two Oliva Connecticut but not for the reason of high tobacco tax in this state. Not the stores fault... it's the state of Utah. There's a place right down the street from my house that charges ridiculous prices and say that they're giving you a deal. They've raised their prices twice. I'm not going to mention who they are, but you guys have to check this place out. It's legit. Their prices are exactly what you're looking for. Smoke shops are the one place that I put a bit more emphasis on service, and this is mainly because certain shops can feel very unwelcome. Well you and I can both rest easy, because I found the staff to be quite kind. As I was leaving the dude who helped me even said he appreciated me stoppin by :) The selection is comfortable but basic nonetheless. For a relatively small shop, they still have all the basics you could need, and a decent selection of glass. If you vape, you'll also find enough juice diversity to keep it interesting. As far as a neighborhood smoke shop goes it makes the grade. Adequate selection, chill staff, and competitively priced.
