Got myself one of the sticks for the person & one for myself & a second one for another time (myself I will smoke all the ones I got out of the place I smoke at in my enclosed porch with my window open on a good day) I went to the lounge part & it was very comfortable with people who maybe regulars but when you come in for the same thing everyone opens up & the ice breaks easily. I was always one person who tends to clean up after I've smoked & besides the people who run the place asked me to please do so & that's certainly not a problem with me anyway. Good value & with no tax on cigars again winner, winner, winner, chicken dinner. Oh yeah I even saw the humidor with cigars & you not getting bad stuff & regardless if house or brand ones you st a winner.

Initially, I was not going to post this review, but I couldn't get this experience off my mind. The customer service was beyond unprofessional--it was outright hostile. During my visit, I simply didn't hear a question that the employee asked me. Instead of just repeating himself like a normal person, he responded by calling me a homophobic slur (the F-slur). I was completely shocked and disgusted by this blatant disrespect and discrimination. You should not have to worry about being subjected to hate speech just for walking into a store. I bought a new device and the employee explained how to take care of it. Thanks Lineage Vapes! :D Also, I'm happy that they only sell vapors and juice. I really don't want to be seen in a smoke shop. They have a nice selection of juice. And the personal always have good opinions of great tasting juice. The only suggestion I have is to have real samplers - ones that clients can try. Sometimes smelling the juice isn't the same as tasting it. I was at another store where they had pre-made pens with select juice.
