Immediately I pulled over and stepped inside to find out they carried every product I had been interested in trying out at the time. You can tell the staff consists of a close group of friends who love what they do. I have met all of them and they are all very knowledgeable and will certainly cater to your needs, whether you are looking for a safer cleaner alternative to cigarettes or a hard core vape hobbyist all about dripping delicious liquids. Their own experience is a great resource as they will help you build, test, or even rectify an equipment issue you may have. I encourage anyone to check this place out and have always been comfortable bringing any of my friends to this business. I absolutely love this place. It is honestly one of the most open and welcoming establishments I have ever been too. I was not a vaper until my friends brought me in here with them. The owner, Kyle was awesome. He explained that vaping was not just for smokers but that there was a whole community of smokers trying to quit and people who did it just for fun. All of the employee's here (Glen, Jeff, and Pat) are always there. They are always willing to answer questions and break the answers down in different ways if one way didn't make sense. All of the other patrons that I have met while at Lineage upheld every thought I had about the owner and the employees. There is a real "regular" basis of customers that come in and help newbies, like myself. Everything that I have experienced here has been above and beyond amazing. I cannot believe that this place has only been open for four months and has such an amazing following already. I cant wait to see what the next year holds for this place. When I quit cigarettes a year ago, I had no idea what I was getting into, so like most people I checked out a vape store. I got the basics down but the customer service was OK. So I took my time and stopped at all the vape stores in the greater Lowell and southern Nh area.. As I learned that only a true vape store carry only vape stuff!!!!! Not hookas cigarettes and smoking pipes. Then I found lineage in Nashua.... The customer service and knowledge of everything from starter kits to mods to dripping ect..... They only sell the best premium liquids.... None of that China shit . I've never been so impressed .they never up sell me and only give me what I need!!! I am not sure what Philip J is talking about, obviously he has some personal vendetta against the owners, but this is one of the best shops I've ever had the pleasure of visiting. I was visiting some friends in NH and we stopped by Lineage Vapors. I absolutely loved it. Kyle, Jeff, Glen, and Pat were all extremely nice and very helpful. Definitely some of the most humble people I've met in the ecig industry thus far, and I have met quite a few. I've visited more vape shops than I can count in many states, but Lineage ranks among the best. The welcoming atmosphere, juice selection, willingness to help. I got into vaping to help keep me away from going back to smoking cigarettes, and being new to it all I didn't know much about it and thankfully the staff at Lineage vapors not only did they take time to explain things to me, but to my dad as well. We never felt rushed, nor did we feel like we were idiots walking into it all blindly. Even after going a few times after to get a new juice the atmosphere is wonderful.The staff are always smiling, and always taking time with each customer to make sure their satisfied with whatever it is their purchasing. There are a very few vapor stores with the kind of knowledge, care and concern you will receive when patronizing the establishment. The store clerk Pat, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable and I spent 20 minutes trying their fine juice selection. I met the owner Kyle, who took the time to explain the intricacies of the machines they sold for another 20 minutes. This kind of customer service goes a long way with me and I will gladly continue to support local entrepreneurs who see the value in their customers. I am new to this whole "vaping" thing and I went in for education...Well, i left with a reasonably priced, super effective vaporizer and new friends! Great selection from starter packs to more advanced mods, great store set up. The staff is incredibly friendly. All the guys working here really know what they're talking about and what they're selling to you. They even take the time to help you put it together and show you how it works so that you know how to do it on your own. They won't let you leave not understanding what you're buying. I have made it a point to go to any Vape Shop that I can find in the area. This is the first store that I felt was top notch. The owner was assisting customers him self. One of the best vape shops I've ever been in. Unlike some shops they don't make their own juices and shove only those at you. Instead they have a great selection of juices, many local, some the best picks nationwide. All are available to sample. The staff are all extremely friendly. They are willing to talk tech with veterans, and explain the ropes to people just getting their feet wet. I'm not from the area, but anytime I'm remotely nearby I make the trip. I travel over 45 minutes to go to this shop because of the customer service I receive. The staff are extremely knowledgeable and friendly which is key in my opinion. I have never received better service from any shop hands down the best in New England period. Went here after not vaping for quite some time. The staff was very friendly patient and knowledgeable. I bought a vape asher combining the guy to sell me the demo. Found it did not work well went back the next day and with our issue for a brand new one and they gave me a coil to boot. The owner is a really good guy and the staff he has are very helpful.
