I went to the store to show them and get a replacement pipe, but the staff wouldn't replace it. They said heat makes glass pipes break. They didn't care if the broken glass ended up in my body. 30+ years experience with glass pipes and never had one break. It is obviously a thin, poorly made pipe. Even the bottom is bad, the flat part is just a dot, so the pipe tips over whenever I set it down. I paid about $25 for the defective pipe and got no customer service to stand behind what they sell there. The staff is too young and unknowledgeable.They also sold me some cleaner for $10. that is simply Acetone, you know, nail polish remover. Don't go there!!
