I only noticed it when I inhaled half the weed in the bowl. I never found the chip, maybe I inhaled or swallowed it? I went to the store to show them and get a replacement pipe, but the staff wouldn't replace it. They said heat makes glass pipes break. They didn't care if the broken glass ended up in my body. 30+ years experience with glass pipes and never had one break. It is obviously a thin, poorly made pipe. Even the bottom is bad, the flat part is just a dot, so the pipe tips over whenever I set it down. I paid about $25 for the defective pipe and got no customer service to stand behind what they sell there. The staff is too young and unknowledgeable.They also sold me some cleaner for $10. that is simply Acetone, you know, nail polish remover. Don't go there!!

I handed him my card, he looked it over for a very long time then said to me "Actually I can't take this, I need cash". So I told him, "Okay thanks anyway" and started to leave. Then he said, "Okay fine, I'll do it for you this one time." I said, "Thank you so much." While he processed my card, he continued to berate me about how he's going to get a huge fine for this and that I need to be more prepared next time and bring cash. I actually left the store in tears over how he spoke to me. I was happy to just leave and not buy anything, but he insisted on taking my card. I took it back today saying I used it for a couple days, and I'd like store credit instead of a return because it's used, but I'm unhappy. The cashier texted the manager and kept saying he won't allow it because it's opened and used. I explained the store isn't refunding me, but I just don't want this product anymore in exchange for something else. The manager - who doesn't even show up to the store by the way - was just worried about making money and doesn't care about customer satisfaction. I used to come here for years for vapes and then they jacked up the prices, so I went to the gas station next door. This is my first experience back after 2 years of not being a customer, and I'm glad they reminded me why I don't shop there. Their only concern is money, and it's obvious. Typical for these types of managers, but disappointing nonetheless.
