He charges more than most vape shops for a lot of products and many of the products I've purchased have had issues (either not working properly or being low quality for the price). I don't believe these reviews. I came here without reading first or anything. I'm from NJ. I walked in here... it's perfectly organized, clean, really good variety. I would say mods are very reasonably priced. They have all kinds (even the smaller ones). I didn't even spend $20 I wanted to buy all kinds of stuff. The guy gave me a full demo, I forget his name but he did tell me. He insisted I ask any questions and if I had any to come back. I think if you've have a bad experience here, then I don't know what to tell you. Full variety of damn near everything. Tobacco products, devices. A whole shelf of mods under $20 this is a big store. If you come from far you won't be disappointed. Need stuff? Come here. I'm from 1000 miles away. Nothing to gain. It's so clean and meticulous. A store like this where I'm from, would rule. First review is spot on. I highly dislike this place, but gave it more than a fair chance because it is very close to my house but I give up. Everything is overpriced and low quality, especially the glass pipes and everything else in that area. I went in the other day looking for a glass pipe that I found at another shop for $18. They wanted $30, for a lower quality pipe than the one that I paid half the price for. A friend of mine purchased a detox drink that was expired, and the shopkeeper refused to exchange for a product that hadn't expired yet and hid behind his "no returns" policy. The presumed owner told me about some cigarette special they were having. He said "but you gotta get your friends to come here too because if you guys (loyal customers) don't then we're gonna go back to normal price." Being threatened and talked down to isn't something I particularly enjoy. There are way too many other decent smoke shops in this area to ever bother with this place again. read more

I was yelled at in their store with the owner claiming he would Never sell bad product. I went in so they could test my product and it did appear to not be working. They claimed to never sell anything that doesn't work, well technology sometimes breaks. I have bought three of the same product from them as I am a long time loyal customer of 6 years. I had just bought a new battery as that was what was suggested to me last time to fix the problem and it did not!! Now I am out the money from the false fix and also have a broken product. UPDATE: This place is under new ownership. Just moved to Troy and went here since I live across the street. Big place and the guys were really welcoming and friendly. Huge selection too which was great. The prices were good from what I saw. Got a vape pen that was 20$ that they just got in, my buddy paid like 28$ for the same one at a different place. I have closer smoke shops but I come to Smoker's Planet because the new owners really turned the place around. they've got everything at a fair price. the owners treat you great whether it's a small purchase or large one. they are very knowledgeable about all forms of vaping and steer you to what's right for you, not what has the biggest profit margin. if you read old reviews beware because the store changed hands and the old owners were quite bad. I was looking for a smokers' shop that carried the exact Tobacco I was looking for but after reading the mixed reviews I was a little skeptical of even trying this place out; however, after visiting Smokers Planet I discovered that they were recently taken over by new owners. So glad it was because the new owners were helpful, highly professional, and honest unlike the reputation that the previous owners had (based on reading the reviews here on Yelp). Very shady business practices. I bought a full vaporizer kit and within a week I needed replacement parts. He refused to stand by his products and I've been waiting 3 weeks for the replacement. He is never there and doesn't return calls (the owner). He has his little girls do his dirty work for him. read more
