(No humidor) Also, they're probably not the best place to pick up hookah supplies. They have a short selection of tobaccos, and have very few hookahs for sale. However, they do have a really good roll-your-own selection. I've used them quite a bit for this purpose, and have always been pleased with their selection, quality, and freshness. Also, they're the only smoke shop I know of with a drive-thru. On the side of the building is the window. It makes them a unique and convenient place to shop if you're a smoker.

I will say that the prices on the juice were very competitive and that was extremely appreciative. The only time I get this specific juice at this price is when it's on sale so for them to carry it at this price is fabulous. I can't wait to have a little more time to spend so I can buy some more coils and cotton but the gentlemen were super cool and very polite. I will be returning as it is on my way home from work. They only informed me of this issue after I threatened to contact a lawyer or the authorities. They ignored my messages on social media, phone calls, and emails until I mentioned involving a lawyer. Then they denied ever receiving my messages, even though I have receipts and confirmations from their own website, email, and social media proving that my messages were received. Essentially, they had my money tied up for two weeks without any valid reason, which seems like a tactic to improve their cash flow. I will never order from this company or shop at any of their locations again. I will also do everything I can to ensure that no one else has the terrible experience I had with this company, which clearly doesn't care about its customers.

Terrible customer service. Before this incident I was a regular customer most Friday's. I bought a…read moreglass piece on a Friday for a gift for a friend. When I got home, and was cleaning the smudged up piece they display on their shelves. I noticed a small crack in the glass. The store is close to work but far from home. So I waited until Tuesday to resolve the issue. Rather than take the product back and report damaged merchandise to their supplier. They blow smoke up you a$$ and tell you all sales are final. Their supplier won't return it or believe it was damaged on arrival. Blah blah blah. Offered me a discount on more of the cheap glass they sell. I declined and took the broken piece with me. The way I look at it. It only cost me a cheap $30 piece, that they pay $10 for. To realize what bad business is done here. I've spent hundreds of dollars in here since I worked in the area. From now on I'll take my business down the road to wild bills or the hazel park BDT. Better quality, because they have better buyers who know a thing or two about the products.

This is about as old-school as you can get. This place started out as a record shop that also sold…read moremarihuana accessories in 1973, and now it is simply a weed accessories shop. It's a very small, nondescript storefront on a desolate stretch of Mack Avenue (although it was probably popping hot in 1973) where many of the buildings are vacant or in disrepair. It's not a bad area, but it's not a great area, either - from a street crime perspective, that is. The shop is small, but well-stocked with quality merchandise like scales, rolling paper, t-shirts, old rock posters, pipes of all sorts, etc. Very clean and tidy, with classic rock (of course) on the sound system. The two older (60+ years old) men running the place are gruff and no-nonsense, bordering on unfriendly. And that was before the next thing that happened - the guy that was there at the counter when I visited wouldn't let me take any photos of the interior of the store. When I told him that I'd use the photos for a review on Yelp, that it was free, and that maybe they'd get some new business out of it, he became very irritated and stated that he and the owner didn't like anything having to do with the internet. No, I'm not making this up. Five stars if the level of customer service was better, but four stars it is for now.
