At first, I just thought the owners were having a bad day, but then I realized they are all just miserable people (minus Alan). Forget the fact that my fiance and I spend at least $100 each visit, we still get absolutely no welcome when we walk in the door. We have to fight for attention to even get our orders in, and when we do... It's like a hassle or burden on them to get us our juice. No thanks. They consistently advertise products on their website that are not actually in stock. They even…read moreconfirm orders for items they don't have, only to tell customers they're unavailable upon arrival and then try to sell different products instead. This is a classic bait-and-switch tactic and is unacceptable. To make matters worse, store management is nonexistent, and corporate does not respond to customer emails or complaints. The lack of accountability and poor customer service have made this an extremely frustrating experience. I won't be shopping here again anytime soon.
