So let me clarify this. You sell a defective product and claim that all sales are final. I think you misunderstand the meaning of "all sales final." If you sell something that works as it should, and it's not part of a "going out of business" sale, then final sales are understandable. However, simply stating that all sales are final without considering the quality of the product is not acceptable. The absolute worst. I wanted a backup to something I already had and brought in the *exact pen* I wanted to get a similar replacement for. The salesman recommend a product, relying on his "highly educated" advice (as they tout on their front door) , I purchased the product only to go home and discover he sold me on a vape product that is not what I needed at all. When I went in for an exchange, the girl at the front basically told me "Well, he's new and didnt know. Too bad, so sad---you should have known better". She then went on to ask me how many years Ive been smoking and attempted to berate me for being silly enough to rely on the advice of their own staff. When I asked to speak with a manager, she called him on the phone and then she told me "He doesnt want to speak with you, he's busy. But you can come back at 3pm when he gets in"....while she still had him on the line. Real nice. She was the sweetest, and ever answered my question by showing me the differences on the boxes, but what makes her the best is when I finally got back to my car, I noticed I had OREO COOKIE from one of my twins, all over my cheek. This girl talked to me was as sweet as can be and didn't treat me like a weirdo for having Oreo all over my face. I had a good laugh. One of the employees insisted I had to move my car, which had been parked near their store for over an hour, because she decided at 9:57 that she was going to put a cone that a piece of paper attached to it saying "Smokerz Paradize parking only" on the curb. I was in line at that time for another store a few doors down and said I would just be a few minutes and then I would be leaving. That wasn't good enough for her and she proceeded to ARGUE with me and told me I had to move my car. I will be filling a complaint with the building management as well. This harassment is unprofessional, and I will be letting people know to give this place a wide berth. I also want to add: I was not the only person she told to move cars. She had taken a picture of the 2 cars, including mine, and showed them to people in line to fine the owners and tell them to move. Pretty sure there is a Municipal city code that doesn't allow her to bar people from parking in a public parking spot. read more

OMG! Do not go there. Worst customer service ever. Took my vape in that I bought there. Didn't work. Tried to upsell me into new device for more money. Got upset when I wanted same devise...which he trashed even though they sell it. So I took my vape to Wise on I35 and all they did was turn it on. The guy at Paradise had turned my vape off!!!! Also, Wise had the same vape devise for 25% less. Same on their coils, juice and everything. When I told the guy at Paradise about the pricing he just looked at me and said, "they must be going broke" I wish the owner or manager would reach out. My husband and I would come here regularly to buy hemp products. There is a particular cashier that dresses unprofessionally and acts inappropriately for the last month or two. Today was my last straw when she wore a crop top and bent over, exposing her entire upper torso infront of my husband at the check out. If I could give this store less than a star, I would. I have never left a negative rating before in my life, so for me to be doing this right now says enough. I'm a non-smoker, first off. I went into this store with some friends of mine. There were a couple of other people there as well. The geniuses who run this store have some of their more expensive pieces oriented in the middle of the store in a flimsy glass case. Well, to get to the point, some people were looking at some stuff on the glass cases on the sides, and I (trying to be courteous) moved out of their way and accidentally bumped into one of the flimsy glass cases full of their more expensive (and frankly weirdly shaped/looking) pieces. One of the pipes fell onto another pipe in the shape of an iguana and broke ONE of the iguana's fingers. The rude girl that was working in the store started getting mad and told me that I would have to pay for it. THERE IS NO POLICY STATING "you break it, you bought it" ANYWHERE IN THE STORE. However the rude lady kept nagging me to pay for it. I spoke to the, what I assume would be, owner and he told me he would speak to the store worker to ask her if what happened was really an accident and if he found out it was he would return my $120. He has since ignored all my calls and I'm stuck with the ugliest stupid looking pipe of all time. If you go to this store, be careful. read more

A week ago I was sold a battery for a cartridge, the dude who sold it to me said "if it doesn't work come back to exchange it" guessing that happens frequently. Well turns out it didn't work, so I came back the next day they didn't have anymore, come back a second time a week later still didn't have any, then I come back the THIRD time and still didn't have any, but had some of a different kind but cost more than what I bought. I explained to the girl at the cash register that this was my third time in, I'm trying to get a new battery that works because I was sold a non working one. So she calls the manger, well this is where they irritated me. He said I had to buy a new one, okay it is NOT my fault that your store sold me a BROKEN one, so you're expecting me to pay more money for your MISTAKE??? that is not okay. I would give this location zero stars if I could. I walked in 3 days ago and bought a whole new Vape. Yesterday, the lock on the bottom of my mod broke and I came in to have them fix it. The man working behind the counter told me I couldn't exchange the broken Mod, but he would try to unlock it with pliers. After scratching it and wasting 30 minutes of my time he just replaced the firing button. When I got home and tried it, it wouldn't fire. So I drove back up and he shrugged his shoulders and told me "sorry". After driving to the Thousand Oaks location within 5minutes my Mod was replaced and I was happy again. But the De Zavala location is a waste of time, energy and money. Find somewhere else to buy equipment and spend your money elsewhere. read more
