I've given myself 24 hours to reflect and calm my absolutely disgusted feelings for the "services" provided. In their last 15 minutes of the day we spent $250. In return we were rudely rushed as if the D day invasion was underway. Inconsiderate disrespect ran a muck as I held my 3 month old little girl. Why did we stay? It's the only chance we had to purchase Vapes and we are serious about quitting smoking. I understand and agree that cleanliness is of paramount importance. However, mopping a wet circle on your concrete floor around us while holding our infant is way the duck out of line. Then, standing there 3 feet away staring like theres a rash on my face was just downright creepy. Minus one star. I've already mentioned the rude rush. This had two quantifiable results. 1 - NO MILITARY DISCOUNT. On $250, by the percentages you communicated, this would be $50. I first gave this place a bad review due to a bad experience. I stayed away for quite some time and went back in to give it another shot and it was a completely different experience. I was greeted when I walked in and the guy was super helpful and fun to chat with. The woman in there was very friendly as well. The prices are slightly higher than what I think they should be but they have some one of a kind products in the area and the spot they are in is a more upscale place so it makes sense to have to pay a little more. Store is clean and organized. I have went in there about 4 times since the first time now and if I ever come back to the area I would come back again. A Little bit of small selection on juices that I like however the service is great. Every time we've been there they have gone out of their way to help us with any of our questions. Warm welcome from friendly and helpful staff that is knowledgable about all of the products they carry (which is a large selection to choose from). I went in looking to find a setup to help me quit smoking that isn't as useless as the disposable E-Cigs I've previously wasted money on. The employee (I wish I could remember her name right now but I can't) helped me pick out my setup to fit my needs and the accessories and juices to go with it. It was almost closing time when I came in but I never felt rushed and she was not just patient with me not knowing much about what I'm looking for but eager to share her knowledge and provide me with the best options to ensure success in my attempt to quit smoking without any disappointments whatsoever. I was extremely impressed with this place. Anyone could feel comfortable in this place, whether they are a rooky like me or an advanced "vaper". If the comfortable atmosphere isn't enough, then the friendly and knowledgable staff will definitely make you feel right at home while testing samples of different flavors or choosing a new setup. They even offer free soda, water or juice to their customers who are sampling their products. I took my mother back there the very next day and bought her a setup just like mine and Matt along with the owner and her husband were extremely patient and friendly. My mom has been a heavy smoker for over 45 years and they took their time finding her the right vape fluid that she enjoys so much that she has been extremely successful in her transition to vaping! She prefers the cinnamon vapor flavor to her cigarettes so much that she has almost completely transitioned and is smoking so much less that I'm convinced makes this place officially a miracle worker! One last compliment on this place that I have to mention because it's just a great example of how outstanding their customer service and support is.... When I bought my mom's setup it was also once again at closing time and at the last minute I requested a couple of extra tanks so we would each have an extra and we were sold tanks that did not fit our batteries. We went back a couple of days later thinking we were going to get instructions because we were probably just not doing something right and immediately the staff recognized us and knew what we were there for. They said that when they went home that night after we purchased the tanks they realized the error and they were prepared in the hopes that we would return so they could repair the mistake. Only one adapter was in stock at their store, so we were given the adapter that went to those 2 tanks so that my mother could keep both the tanks and the adapter and gave me a brand new tank that fit my battery for free along with 2 cases to hold our batteries, tanks, vaping gear together as an apology for any inconvenience from their completely understandable end of a long work day mistake. I would recommend this place to anyone! My mother is a 62 year old with COPD and a social anxiety and they not only made her feel comfortable, they left her wanting to come back to pick out more flavors! As a daughter who just lost her father to lung cancer, I cannot tell you how much their level of service and their sincere desire to help her quit smoking without any chance of disappointment or failure means to me! TL;DR Review - This is a good vape shop with knowledgeable and friendly employees; the juice and products they sell are high quality and reasonably priced. They had a 1 year birthday bash which was a lot of fun; they really take care of their customers. I recommend this vape shop! The Long Review - My wife is a frequent shopper at The Vapor Room, she bought her vape there to replace her old one. I had not yet replaced mine, so we went Friday night and I described what I wanted out of a vape to the employees. They explained everything to me and allowed me to try out their personal vapes (with a disposable mouthpiece of course) so I could get a feel for the different wattages and voltages and all that other scienc-y stuff. Based on their recommendations, I bought a 30w Eleaf iStick with a Nautilus tank. It is perfect for me, the vape generates a nice cloud without being overwhelming, it is not harsh *AT ALL* (my wife's vape makes me cough something fierce) and the smaller box is perfect and easy to hold on to. I bought SicBoy Sicker than Most juice and as we were cashing out they let us know they were having a 1 year anniversary party the following day with food, drinks, music and raffle prizes. We went back and had a great time! We had several drinks and some plate of bbq (all on the house) and even won something from the raffle! Just like anywhere in the world that sells anything, if you tell a salesperson you know what you want and are adamant then that's what they will sell you. Though if you ask and listen these people will sell you what will best fit your needs. I thought I had an idea of what I wanted when I was going into the shop, but thankfully due to the expert advice at The Vapor Room (Lacy was the employee that assisted me with my device purchase) I listened and learned a lot! She steered me from buying something I would've regretted. I always expect the "upsale" because like any business they have to make money. I was pleasantly surprised when Lacy not only helped me find the perfect setup for my actual needs, but also saved me from paying more for I device I wouldn't have even been able to tolerate. All of the employees here are awesome and very helpful. They have everything you need to start vaping, as well as making the transition to dripping. Don't shop here!!!! Purchased a new e-cig with my wife a few days ago. Took a little while to settle on one that she liked. The older lady said if you don"t like it just bring it back within 14 days and we will take it back. After a couple days of her trying the e-cig she just didn't like the way it worked or how it delivered the e-liquid. Went to take it back today and the young lady said we can only take it back if it is defective. I explained what the issue was with the e-cig and what the lady told us both when we purchased it. The young lady at this point was getting rude and disrespectful towards me. I heard her say to her co-worker; "First he said she didn't like it now he is saying it isn't working properly" as if i am lying. Are you serious?? I asked her to call the lady that I talked to when purchasing the item and she said the lady was out of the country. She was rude, disrespectful and treated me like I was nothing to her. Update: this place was good, however dude I was quite displeased from tonight's experience. I brought a friend there because he had never been there and he spends quite a lot of money on vape supplies, I was introducing him to this store. We go in, they were out of the two juices I was going there for. We each tried a few and didn't really care much for them, we were leaving and they were like "oh that will be 27 cents" I'm slightly offended as much juice as I've bought from this store, said this was the only time I've ever been in there & didn't buy something. However, I definitely would have been back, but probably not after tonight. It's only 27 cents but it was just annoying because we had to go out to the car to get it (who even carries coins on them anymore?) and as many times as I've bought juice from the store I was just pretty irritated with that. And the staff is usually pretty great and helpful but the guy helping us tonight was not, just awkward and not friendly. Bad impression considering my friend has spent like 400$ on vape stuff within the last 2 months (at another vape store) and I was trying to show him this store so he could see how great it was and with the possibility that'd he'd start shopping here instead.
