Just doesn't seem like a relaxing place for a meal. Staff were friendly and very efficient in moving customers through the order area and brought my order to my table. I ordered the deluxe chicken sandwich with waffle fries and a coke. The sandwich was ok but to me on the dry side. The chicken sandwich was ok but not as good as the offerings from Popeyes. Waffle fries were ok but a bit under done for me, not crispy and pale looking. Anyway, not overly enthused by Chick-Fil-A, nice to try but probably wouldn't go out of my way to visit.

I'm not sure if this is the boom in population in the region of Waterloo from the increased foreign worker population brought on by the temporary labour shortage. In the last year, I've had non colour people constantly ramming carts up my backside, even when I go in during the low traffic time. If this is now a thing to rage against coloured population at the Costco- I would ask the patrons to stop and talk to your local MP if you're feeling like a minority. Frankly speaking, targeting people of colour is wrong;as an essential service worker in the region of Waterloo for over a decade and schooling in the region, this is unfair to punish and target by race. My photo shows the self checkout and a prominent coloured person hater who take great joy in ramming coloured patrons. Hate has to stop. I hope Costco employees can better manage and even step in to these matters.

From the moment we ordered our food it took only a minute to get to our car and everything was cold. The chicken felt like it's been sitting out all day then refried for 30 seconds. Half my food was thrown away and this isn't even the first time it's happened. Seems to be a common problem with this location and they don't seem to be doing a thing about it. No way that it took 30 seconds to fully cook an order of nuggets. They usually have you pull around front because it takes a while. Definitely not going back to this location. Absolutely disgraceful and disgusting.
